you guys are so funny!!!!!

I finished my wrapping. It went a lot quicker after glass #2. I'll have to double check the presents tomorrow to make sure they were wrapped satisfactory.

Dustin, block your eyes and cover your ears...

Somebody started a cheat fest but Im not gonna say who. I almost ate cashews tonight. That would have been the end all of end alls. Do you know what would've happend after the nuts?? I wont even mention it. cringing....

OMG... I would give anything for a grossarola right now... Im guessing whatever it is its really cheesy...

Sorry. Pulling myself together.....

I made boring stiff meatballs for dinner. Just ground beef, onion and garlic powder, s&p, and italian seasoning....too much work if you ask me

'Morning Everyone!

I weighed myself this morning and I lost 1 pound so I'm at 240. I lifted some weights last night and rode my bike a bit. The sky looks better today compared to yesterday so I'm going to try to have a brisk walk after work.

I am still planning to have a "cheat" breakfast on Christmas day. Then I'm right back on the diet plan! I told my mother that I will be bringing over my crock pot and make my chicken breasts.

I certainly hope I will lose another 10 pounds or lose some of my fat around my belly!

I also want to mention that my blind date is scheduled on January 22!! EEEKKK!! I'm planning on shopping for boots on the 19th or 20th and take a look at my wardrobe.

-Dustin

You'll so be happening by then. That's still a month away. . boots you can buy early but you are wise to wait on the other stuff. you could be 5 sizes smaller by then!!!! :-) Go, Go, Go

I'm having my Teriyaki Chicken for breakfast. . Mmmmm. Very, very good. . Dustin: might be something good for you to make on Christmas. . Almost tastes like a cheat. .it is salty, though due to the soy sauce. (I'm checking on the low sodium soy to see how bad that is. .) . you may want to dilute it a bit.. I just threw 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts. . 1/2 cup soy, 1 clove garlic, 1tsp ginger and some no salt spice mix..(I can't remember the name. kinda like Lawreys - I did 1/4 cup water, too. .Very good. . easy, too! The chicken isn't pretty but its good!

Al: I decided our Christmas dinner is going to be Steak, Grilled with charcoal and not gas.. cheese and sausage (not too much), fresh green salad and hot chicken wings. .(I'll try to peel the skin off, promise and now I'm thinking I may have to do some of your bacon things! Something new is always a nice treat!!!

Dustin, I am all too familiar with the spork.... made gingerbread houses with the kids in school this week. Frosting everywhere!!! adn gum drops and m&ms, and ....

Im gonna do the chicken too in my tiny new crock. thanks IM2! I Just put together something you may test on your boys. Meatloaf with herb stuffing mix, a can of fried onions, dry ranch mix, eggs adn ketchup. It smells heavenly cookin up in the oven and so simple too!

The christmas menu sounds great! I may also put together a balsamic anitipasta. chunks of ham, turkey, salami, peperoni, jar of peppers and the dressing. Maybe some chunks of cheese too. I'll be cheating in the form of condiments and fat on Christmas. The dressing will be such a wonderful change. Definitely gonna stick with the meat!!

I say eat the fat on the wings. Fat = Full.

Dustin, you'll be down another 15-20 by date night! You can do it!!

I didnt weigh today, taking a few days off.

Hi Al,

I'm thinking of taking her to Alexander's. It is a step up from Applebee's and Bob Evans. But not too fancy that we will have to dress up. It's more like a business casual with a nice atmosphere. They have a small bar and a fireplace. The prices of the meals is pretty reasonable and won't hurt my wallet too much, but will provide a nice meal and atmosphere.

I can pick up a single red rose.... good idea! The important thing for me to feel good about myself. I want to be able to see myself in the mirror and not see this fat guy.

Dustin

Thanks Al.... I don't want to be a beanpole... just thin.

I've been thinking about increasing my meats... maybe I should be eating 3 pieces of chicken/pork loin everyday instead of two. What does everyone think? Since I just start lifting weights, I have been getting hungrier faster. So I am thinking of eating one more piece of meat. I usually make 2 pieces a day.

Right now, it's almost time for me to go home and I'm getting hunger headaches.

I think it would be perfectly fine to increase the meat!!! You are not limited, so the book says. I wasnt kidding when I said I eat more than you. You will still lose, I promise.

I've been popping cold meatballs in my mouth all day (like 6) and Im getting ready to have some chicken for dinner.

Eat when you're hungry and please try to eat before the headache comes.

OMG. .Dustin! Wonderful. . it is difficult to be around all that food all day. .Kudos! you did awesome today. .wish I could do that again. . Im baking cookies right now ? Don't ask why. . except my kids will think I'm a bad mom if I don't, right? right? I am also making chocolate covered pretzels.. Again. .I don't know why. . probably to match my stupid candy tree! I'll have to invite a group of pre-schoolers over to eat it all. . .Or I'll have a couple of fat dogs! My yorkie already gets all the bread. . and my lab is about 20 pounds overweight. .he's old so I guess he's entitled! We don't have many leftovers in our house!

Thanks Al and IM2!

I really love, love, love those choc covered pretzels. I have fond memories of my grandmother making them with white and dark chocolate!

I'm making 4 pieces of chicken breasts in my crockpot!! I will eat more meats! I will put all of those in a big container and take to work. Then I can snack on those throughout the day! I think I can make this work!

Good night!

Good Morning!

I went down 1 pound.... 239!! 230, here I go!!

I made 4 pieces of chicken in my crock pot. I hope that will be enough for today. 3 pieces for work and 1 piece for dinner at home. I rode my bicycle for 2 miles at 6th resistance. I am very pleased with myself so far! Now, I'm getting ready to leave for work.
