Yeah! Cos actually I did order a tuna salad today and I swear the tuna was mixed with ketchup...it was really sweet...and not nice-- so I just left it!

If you can frind a Kroger. . they carry low carb ketchup. .Meijer. . and Walmart used to. . haven't been there in awhile. . I need more. .gotta make some BBQ Chix!

GT: OK. confession time. . I bought my son a small laptop for Christmas.. got a really good deal on a "pink" one. . . . I have a blue one. . see the problem, yet?? Well. .I don't use the blue one very often so. . . because the pink one was sooo darn cute. .I decided to do a little swap!. . Well. . just to make sure he wouldn't be the wiser. .I was checking for one of those cute Skins you can put on the laptop. I ended up finding him a Mario One and it was buy 2 get one free. . so I got my other boy one. .and then they had these really cute Hello Kitty ones. . so do I have to explain the rest of the story? He does get a new case and all the pretty packaging too. . Bad Santa. .I've never done that before (recycled gifts) I just hope I don't get caught. . I'm terrible, I know. .

Good Morning,

I just weighed myself when I got up... still at 141 pounds. I wanna see my self go down under 140!

Today is a big test of my willpower! I still feel good about myself, though! I think I can make it through!

GT - I too share the same love for Hugh grant and especially Colin Firth! That was another great movie with the two of them.

IM2 - I think that was great idea for the laptop swap. If it makes the difference between him getting one and not getting one, I think he'll be totally ecstatic! and he'll probably never even know. ( I love it when you do things for you.)

D - Keep it up! I'm sure the scale will move tomorrow!

128 today. Think it may have something to do with the excessive coffee I drank yesterday. Like 5 or 6 cups...

Bringing up taste buds again.... The chicken I had for dinner was not tasting so good. So, i tried soy sauce and it was awful. I was really craving beef. Then I poured a glass of wine, swirled and smelled and it really turned me off. Didnt drink it, gave it to hubby... just some strange observations.....

In the spirit of beef, and the blizzrd outside trapping me in, I may attempt to make some meat manicotti. seasoned ground beef stuffed into steakums rolls... This would be much better with some cheese, of course and some kind of sauce...

Good Morning, Al!

I'm making poached eggs right now. Waiting for the pan to start boiling before I put that egg thingy on. I made myself ride my exercise bike 3 times at the resistance of 6 for one mile.... so that's a total of 3 miles. I'm trying to build myself up a bit. Whoo! If the weather is still slightly decent, I plan to take the dog for another walk at the park.

I just realized that there is 2 weeks left before January!!

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick note here: I just came back from a very invigorating 45 minute walk with my dog at the park. I bought this thermal underclothes and I decided to try it on. I had to put on my size 46 jeans because my 44 pants was very snug. Wow, that made a big difference! The wind and the cold barely bothered me.

I am feeling great and I felt like I can walk longer than 45 minutes, but I was starting to get worried about my dog. My dog really enjoyed the walk. I think I am going to Wal-mart in a few minutes to look for those non slip soles to pull over my shoes to give me better traction on the patches of icy and snow on the sidewalk.

Hey Ladies!

Holy Batman! I'm a little excited! I just tried on my size 42 shorts.... It's never been worn and still have the tags on it. I found it when I was looking through my dresser for something else.

I am able to button it and zip it up. Wow! It's snug, but I can wear it! My weight is still the same compared to yesterday, but I am able to fit my size 42 shorts on? I'm gonna get my suit out.... it is the same suit I got married in 3 years ago. The pants is size 44.

Al-maybe it doesn't count as exercise....but trying to keep yourself warm would have def burned lots of cals!

Good on you Dustin for the walking!

I haven't done any-little bit of shopping but for the last 2 hours I have just watched a City/Hills marathon on MTV!! Have kept on plan tho--tuna and chicken--yuuummy

Oh IM2. Dont even worry about it. You do great job every other day. Call it the re-up and move on.

Some people think we need extra carbs when we exercise. I say you bust out my 10 wall-push ups and 5 squats, and there will be no damage done. dont let your sons see you. They'll think you went nuts.

Good evening!

I MADE IT! NOT A SINGLE BITE! I just smelled the foods I really hope that does not count!!

A few people noticed my weight loss and complimented me. My aunt told me that she supports me no matter what. I had a little talk about my father... my father really wanted me to lose weight and find a good woman to make me feel more complete.

I took 2 pieces of pork chops with me and I munched on that throughout the day. Just to give my mouth something to nibble on. I drank several bottles of water. My mother sampled a bite and she really likes the Tony's seasoning.

If I can do this, then I believe that you ladies can do this too! I just keep telling myself that I can get through this day and then I will have a reason to feel good about myself!!

Just got back from my last shopping trip before Christmas. If I forgot it, we will do without it!

I couldn't help but pick up the cute little crockpot at the end of the checkout line. I was inspired by Dustin to cook smaller portions and always have a fresh cooked meal waiting for me. (and I thought it would be great to bring a side dish to my inlaws in it) It was $10, which I thought was great, but when I got it home, I found it has a plastic lid. Hopefully that wont make a difference. I'll test it out and if its not up to par, it will be reserved for yummy party dips. IM2, I feel a crock pot obsession brewing inside of me.

On an even more exciting note than the crockpot.... i was able to find my ruby red grapefruit crystal light! What a glorious day, indeed. I have been looking for months for this stuff. (I even wrote to walmart for them to start producing it under their brand.) I can now scratch wine off the holiday menu and enjoy some delicious grapefruit/vodka drinks. I almost want to dump my 2 quarts of strawberry down the drain just so I can make this stuff right now...

patience aleriaaa...patience...

Hope everyone is having a great night!!!

Hey Al,

My crock pot have a plastic lid and it doesn't seem to have a problem. The only problem is that I have a cat and he knocked the lid off once while I was making a meal so I put a large pan on top of the crock pot... kinda of like a hat.

Don't dump your strawberry yet!!

Hey Everyone,

Maybe we all should thank Tony for making that great spice! If it wasn't for this spice, I wouldn't be enjoying the chicken breasts and pork loin. So, here's a nod to "Tony Chachere" and a big thank you!

My walmart doesnt have Tonys!!!! Not Fair. Not fair at all.

Im glad you enjoyed your party D, and it really must've felt great for the relatives to notice your hard work paying off. You are so kind, positive and inspiring, and a really cool guy! I have no doubt that Miss Right is just around the corner. (and it will have nothing to do with your weight)!
