OK. girls. . you can yell. .but I just went to our local thrift shop to donate more items and I walked out with another bag full!!! They are running a deal today 5 items = 5 Bucks~! I just got 2 designer suits and 3 blouses for 5 bucks!!! Can't beat it.. .Yes. .I will be purging more out of my wardrobe this weekend . . hubby will love it.. . (cuz, I'm going back after work again. .heheheeh) .. I'm going to get rid of my so/so clothes and only keep what makes me look hot!!!

Plus. . .they had my Hello Kitty lunch tote there! Brand new. . 1.00! Thought of you, GT but you live tooo far away to ship it. .

I say splurge on the steak, MS. .it's not going to kill you either way.. everyone needs a little fat once in awhile to keep things movin!!! Just enjoy the company. .

I'm off shopping, again. . I love bargains almost as much as I love food. .Now that's saying a lot!

That is not meant to be the outcome of clearing out the closet!!!! Cool tho--a dollar each-wow!! All our thrift stores have gone really upmarket and so become quite expensive because "vintage" is so big in Ireland and the U.K.!

Okay so the place we are going probably won't have London broil. I am gonna search for the best steak there and it's gonna be a BIG ONE!!!

I have had my lean ground beef for lunch, some lf cottage cheese, and my "oatmeal" from Al's Stillman's recipes.

it's been one of my hungrier days....can ya tell???

IM - I so love shopping too!!! Sometimes I could lose track of time...forget about eating that's how much I love shopping

OK. .I'm home now. .I was only gone 3 hours!! OMG. .that's pretty bad. .I'm not even going to admit what I bought. .Lets just say it was somehwere above 25 and below 50. .good thing I had a $20.00 certificate from all my donations. .I didn't even make it over to the jeans. Thats the way to shop IM2!! Must be exciting to have a whole new wardrobe for less than Msgirl and hubby's din-din tonight! I'm glad your evening has turned to the bright side and the shopping cheered you up. Hope those moody blues are totally gone when you wake up in the am!!

Tomorrow is my weigh in day, but I got a bad feeling about this.... Something took over me tonight and my stomach was a bottomless pit. A pound and a half of ground beef and 15 min later that nasty leftover chicken. (but it was good this time - huh?) and...ummm... how do I say this... Diet Pepsi...

I have to put myself to bed now before I become more reckless.

UPDATE - I had the sirloin at TX roadhouse...it was super duper good! And, it was 11 oz.!!!!!!! I cleaned my plate and gave sides to hubby...he was happy! I was such a PIG!!

Anyway, the calories for it according to ****** were 716!!! WOWSERS!!!

I put in all my food just to get an idea of where I was for today and my calories are at about 1087. That's a little higher than I want but I can live with it! Hopefully it won't be a bad thing for me tomorrow on the scale. Then, I came home and BAKED all kinds of goodies for some shut-ins we are taking trays of goodies to. I enjoyed myself thoroughly...and did not indulge. Just drank my water the whole time!!

AL - I was like that the other day right before I lost to my new weight. I was so hungry! I just ate and ate. I bet you are gonna see a new low! Keep us posted!

IM - WOW you are a bargain hunter!! I love it!! I felt dumb but we used two different gift cards to pay for our meal tonight. I am kind of cheap and since I have been eating so clean we haven't been going out hardly at all!!

GT - my smilies are the same

MS: you had a great day, contrary to what you believe. Look how far you've come. Considering 1200 calories a day is considered diet calories, you are awesome. I know those 700 calories were worth every single bite. Just imagine the good ole days when you would have had a baked potato, sour cream, butter, a salad drenched in ranch dressing and the endless bread basket. You should be extremely proud of yourself.. It is so easy to give in and you stayed strong!!! Rock on, Sista. .I feel my powers increasing by the minute.

Good Morning!

It's 3:30am. I been experiencing carb withdrawal yesterday when I went back onto Stillman's program. I went to bed at 7:00 last night and I got up an hour ago and couldn't go back to sleep.

I still have the headaches so I took some Excedrin. I'm planning to take it easy for the weekend and I hope to be feeling better on Monday morning before I go to work. I was feeling pretty crabby yesterday afternoon at work, dealing with cravings and the headache.

Morning Peeps! Its a beautiful day! Well, its still a little dark out, but it could be raining and pouring and blistering cold and it would still be beautiful to me!

Status Update. Week 20 = 2 pounds!!!

I suggest everyone go cook up some ground beef and pig out today!



Dustin: Stick to it! It will pass and by Monday morning you'll feel like a new man! and you'll be back in those 44s. I went to bed early the first few nights too.

ms G: the dinner sounds awesome! Glad you had a good time! I think you're right about the appetite increase. Eat more. Weigh less. I'm 131 today.

IM2: How was the fashion show last night?

GT: I understand what you meant about the smilies. In the advanced field the column of smilies are switched. Took me a while to find my favorite witht the tongue sticking out. Where oh where is our little annoyed guy??

Hey BB!! You dont need luck - You're gonna do it- No prob! Just remember the first few days are rough depending on how carbed up you are. After 3, maybe 4 days, you're golden! Like Dustin was saying.. you may get headaches. Just go to bed early and press on. It is so worth it.

Hello everyone!

I just bought a Foreman Grill. It's one of those small ones that looks big enough to cook 2 pieces of chicken breasts in it. What is your suggested time for me to cook a piece in the grill? Should I put some Tony's spices on a piece before throwing it on the grill?

I also bought that water container that states that it holds 8 glasses of water or 64 ounces. I think I will fill it up in the mornings and carry it around with me. I think it will help me to keep track of how much water I've been drinking.

I also bought One-A-Day multivitamin. I also bought Biotin, Potassium, Chromium, Calcium and Magnesium. This time, I'm ready when those muscle weakness and cramps hits me again. I took all of those pills when I got home and filled up my water jug.

I'm starting to feel a little better. I think I will weigh myself first thing tomorrow morning and try on my 44 pants.
