i didn't cave!!!

You ladies are cracking me up!!!

But, I have to admit I had some hot coffee, sf Davincies and a teeny tiny, teeny tiny, teeny tiny sprinkle of cocoa - it was not that good - and I checked by box - 15 calories for 1 tbs and 2 carbs. So, I am probably okay I just hope it didn't trigger anything - I am feeling full of water and coffee though....kind of waterlogged!!!

Okay - Now I need to get a new avatar...I am jealous!!!

I know Im joking around and stuff but I do think theres some truth in the whole cheating because your friends do. If all my girls are drinking hot cocoas and putting on weight, its so much easier to relax and give in a little. If my girls are on point, Im more prone to stick to the plan and be motivated. I may not ever see you guys, but you're included in my girls. (and Dustins (m' boy) )

just some ridiculous deep thoughts. pay no attention..

Still no cravings....and it's been 4 hours. If tomorrow I see a gain or don't see a loss I will know that the cocoa was a no no for sure!

Ok I weighed this morning-I wasn't going to until Sunday ,but....and I'm up to 147--how is that even possible?????
I know I def ate off-plan at the weekend but seriously it wasn't that much. And TOM is gone, and shouldn't the water weight be gone after 2 days on the FF. This is not good girls!!
I'm so not changing my stats UP tho!!!

GT: that stinks... I can only suggest to drop the mayo. Maybe the extra carbs from last week reprogrammed your body to accept Stillmans again. I would go that route and then try the FF in another couple weeks if Stills isn't moving any weight. Consider last week your refeed, like all the pros talk about. Start Stillmans fresh and hopefully we'll see some great losses. Plus, you wont be hungry, right?

(I'll still suppport the FF if you decide to stick with it!)

My scale is still under the bed. I'll have to pull it out tomorrow to record week 20's results but I have to tell you. The scale is our ball and chain and right now I feel free! Most of the time, I let the scale dictate my day. Its a good day when its down and when its up, well you know...

Here's to once a week weigh-ins! Because the scale is a big fat liar in between!!

Hi Al! Yeah you're right about the scale. When I read other threads the scales seem to vary wildly day to day for some people! It's just so annoying tho!
I'm gonna stick with this until Sunday, weigh and then if nothing has happened I'm going back to Stillmans, I prefer it anyway.
Are you noticing that your clothes are getting looser? I mean week to week, in the last couple of weeks-not since you started! I have def stopped noticing that. And I do measure every week and it isn't moving either!
I'm just having my weekly whinge,I know! I mean I've lost this much so it just suddenly couldn't stop forever---or could it!!!!!!!

Yay AL!!! I am so proud of you!!! Passing on the wine! You are my hero

GT - I am with AL on this one...I would chalk off last weekend to a refeed and then jump right back on Stillmans. The appetite suppressant alone makes a difference! I have done two refeeds so to speak - one on Thanksgiving and one Sunday when I was sick. After both of them I jumped right back on Stillman's and am smaller than when I started. Just my two cents worth. But, I am so with you if you stick with the FF. We need each other around here

Okay the verdict is in....I weighed and....140.8 So, I am CLOSE to my Christmas eve goal. Just hoping my week out of town, at my family's house doesn't totally derail my success!!! It is so hard when you are around family and not in your own home to eat healthy!!

So that is 3 lbs since Saturday....not substantial but I am just happy the scale is moving down!

You ladies are right....I am truly addicted to the scale. Wonder if I can hide my scale and start over? I get nervous without it cause....when I gained allllllllll that weight I was not using it AT ALL!!! It wasn't until I came to terms with my avoidance behavior that I realized how stinking much I had gained! You gals are so strong!!!!

Hi Ms! Congrats on the loss! Yeah it is hard with family! If I hadn't had Mum I don't think I would have gone off-plan! Not that I really needed much persuading tho!-unfortunately!
Yeah I'm thinking seriously about going back to Stills. I will weigh tomorrow again, I think.
It is seriously scary how quickly you can put on weight(Yeah ok I should know with my stats!) but what I mean is now--after Stills. I mean I know I did go off-plan but it really wasn't -or at least I didn't think-that much to put on weight-yeah water weight from carbs but not "real" weight-it would have been still under 1200cals. The worst thing I ate would have been that choc covered banana(was yum) but then that was lunch!
O.k. I'm just thinking out loud really.........

GT: Im assuming Im still losing inches because I cant wear any of my old clothes. I was able to dig up some of my pre wedding/babies stuff and everything is fitting. There are still a few outfits that I wont even test just yet. I did however go out and purchase new smaller undies...It had to be done since I was tucking undies in my pants instead of my shirt.

GT - Don't let the gain get you down...look at how far you have come!!! You are amazing!!

AL - I think I may have found our new miracle food! Almost everytime I eat the lean ground beef I lose.

I just brown it and eat with about a tablespoon of that lowcarb ketchup.

heheheheh I'm in. .No wine. .no nothing. .But I did weigh in this morning . . just because.. My scale is still the same. I think it’s broke, quite frankly! It has to be!

MS: You will so be to goal by Christmas. .Congratulations. . that's great!!! Yippee

I've re-evaluated and decided to adjust my goal until the New Years. .. .I just want to be out of the 150's.. .If not . . I will go to the Dr. There has to be something more going on .. I can't cut much else out and I'm getting frustrated. I've tried upping my fat, lowering my fat, drinking more water, eating less, eating more and I've had no massive cheats. .No BLT's (Bites licks tastes), I know we all hit a plateau sooner or later but mine has been almost 2 months!!!

I've been patient
I've been kind
I don't believe
I can't lose this behind!!!

I'm not being whiney
there really is truth
that this big huge hiney
is showing and proof. .

That eating too many carbs are bad

IM2 - That is HILARIOUS - the poem!!! You are quite talented

You are gonna lose...I am sure! Don't give up. I agree with checking with Dr. though. I mean you can only cut so much out and surely after 2 months you would see a loss.

Not to be too personal but, how old are you? Could it be you are having some hormonal issues? I know that messes me up terribly!!!

Also, are you on any meds? I was on birth control for about 6 months to straighten out my cycle, cause I have already had a tubal and I gained!!!

Middle age is tough - and I have really had to adjust things in my life.

But, you may be much younger and the problem could be serious. Don't give up though! We are here!!
