GT! LMAO, with the scale thing! Hey, you gotta keep up on it for sure... Oh, and I love the little gritters too!

PRINCESS! STEP AWAY FROM THE PROGESTRONE! TE HE! I use this stuff also, and when I was thinking, Hey, lets up the stuff as little is good so more is better, right?! And, gained 7 lbs in a week. What happens is your body will convert the extra progestrone into ESTROGEN when you have too much either PROGESTRONE OR TESTOSTERONE! This is called Estrogen domenance and this makes us insane! Wt. gain, moodiness, irritability... Sorta like PMS on CRACK! Be careful with those hormones. I take prog, and testos. and thyroid. I'm a mess after pregnancy.

Doing great again to day! I love this diet! It's like Christmas every morning!

Hey Beth - I had 2 thin pork chops for lunch (maybe an inch together) and dinner was 2 cups of GB. It was the fatty stuff 80/20, but I really rung it out! It was sooooo good with garlic powder and ital. seasonings. I could almost taste the tomato sauce..

Good morning!
Thank you for all the welcomes! I appreciate it! I am so impressed with you alls success... very motivating!

Allergies still getting me down. I woke up at 4am sneezing.. took 1 allergy pill and it helped but then it makes you all groggy you know?
So I have not exercised since monday... there's one confession. LOL
Scale hasnt budged for nearly a week now. I have not cheated or changed anything.
Im wondering tho.. if Im eating enough.
Yesterday I had 2 eggs, a bit of pork ribs for lunch, a HB egg for a snack.. and I wasnt wanting dinner ( lots of stress at home) but I did have about .. 4 bites of a steak.
Lots of water tho...
Today.. 2 eggs and a bit of steak for breaky... plan is lunch will be steak ( lots leftover..lol).
OH.. you know.. I just thought of something I DID have. I was having a sugar craving.. well, cake specifically... so I made one in the microwave.
1 egg, 1oz cream cheese, dash of davinci sf hazlenut syrup and a TB or so of this powdered coffee stuff that is sugar free to make it mocha tasting.
It hit the spot.. but I bet too much artificial sugars are whats getting to me. booo.
May as well eat real sugar then...LOL

Still waiting for a woosh!

Wooo Hooo. .WTG, Al! You really know how to rock it. .

I've had a good day today. . 2 pouched eggs for breakfast. Turkey for Lunch and steak for supper.. . Lots of water and way too much coffee. . ..I'm not going to jinx it by staying up late so I plan to get my full 8 hours tonight. .I'm due!

I'm all about busting out the Pickle Juice - I'm putting it on ice as soon as I'm done checking in! Heck. .who needs crystal light and coffee??

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning.. . .Happy Friday to everyone. .

Weigh day: I'm back where my stats say so I'll take it. .for now. Everything from this point forward is positive progress !!

I'm home today so I plan to clean, clean, clean. . I can't see the floor in my laundry room so I guess its time. Funny how the boys can't seem to figure out where the laundry baskets are!!

My goal for the coming week is to get my but down to the community center and attend orientation so I can start getting up at 4:45am every morning and do the exercise thing! That should kick start this old metabolism.

Rock On AL! MAN, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! That's amazing! Well, for some reaon my egg white thingy back fired on me! TOM is right around the corner too so I'm blaming it on TOM too. But, since I did the egg whites, which was like only 2 days then had really low cals for 2 days, my wt. loss has stopped! And, I don't know what is going on as my scale is bouncing around like crazy too. all over the place. So, I'm back to eating lean gr beef, turkey and chnk! Not happy about that, but live and learn, right!

I figured if I lose 2 lbs. a week I will weigh 126 by New Yrs. This is my ultimate goal!

Oh, and I started working out yesterday too. Only did 20 mins on the tmill. So maybe I'm holding on to for that!

Oh well, today is another day!

Hi Beth!! I think you'll have better success with the meats because at least you'll feel satisified. Don't you feel like the egg whites just aren't enough. It was always the yolks that kept me feeling full. Sorry you're stalled, but nothing a little turkey won't fix!

Kudos to everyone getting in some exercise! You are the real heros!

Gettinghtere: My kinda friday includes a nice glass of vino or maybe 2. (they must have wine in Ireland, right?) I've been sticking to the vodka cause of the carbs but I sure do miss my wine.
