Hey Em! Just be careful with the Clight. I have known it to stall peeps out! I say go for the staight martini's!! We'll be so sloshed with one. I just love ketosis and alcohol!

I haven't had a drink since end July/Aug! It kills my wt. loss.

I think I'm going to start fairly late this month, but I'm hoping that I can start to see some results that will help me transition into next month's thread also. Does anyone ever do a post at the end JUST to give their results and totals for the month or period of time they did Stillman's? I think I'm going to have to do that to keep up the motivation to continue! Way to go everyone with your losses thus far! You guys all have tremendous will power, keep it up!

Hi Nichole!!!! Welcome!!! Better late than never!

I like to post my losses and gains and menus all day long and all night and then again the next day. I'm probably annoying everyone with all my facts but I love it here and want everyone to keep me updated on them too!! So glad you joined us! You came to the right spot! So, please keep us posted!!

Awww thanks Aleria I thought I did but it goes up and down on the scale! I eat 99% fat free lean ground turkey breast, 98% fat free lean ground beef, egg whites, and tuna. That's it. Sometimes I use a little mustard. Oh yeah....and crystal lite! Not one morsel of cheating though.

Em: I've done everything with the scale and found that I do best when I weigh myself every morning. . Yes .somedays you will be up depending on salt, water but it all evens out in the end. I seem to go up and down the same pound until I actually break lose to another one. . (does that make sense?). . Anyway, I haven't done very well this month. .but what I did lose previously has stayed off. . I'm planning for another whoooshh (I'm due, already - darn it!!). . . But you will lose. . Look at the great successes !

I'm on my way out for spirits with my girl! I haven't seen or gossiped in a good long time. . I'm due! I ate turkey first . . but I should be a cheap drunk, either way. . hehehe

Tomorrow is Day #1 for me

My name is Dustin. I was on Atkins 5 years ago and dropped 65 pounds. I had a big shock 3 days ago when I went to my doctor to get antibiotics for infection in my chest. I learned that I weigh 268 pounds! I just want to throw myself on the ground!

I just went to the supermarket and got some eggs, canned tuna in water and a tub of fat free cottage cheese.

Now, I'm ready! I plan to make 2 eggs for breakfast and then start working outside of the garage. My goal is to clear some room so I can park the car in the garage. There's not that much to do in the garage except move clutter to the side of the garage.

So, tomorrow is a new day for me!

So, I just finished off a 1/2 pound of pork loin. I'm thinking it's the "dark meat" of the pork. Kinda fatty, but really good.

I also have to admit that I've been poppin sugar-free Halls all day. It's totally unlike me and Im kinda upset that hubby even brought them home. But oh well. Sore throat is gone and thats a plus. Let's see what the scale brings tomorrrow!

Hi Aleriaaa,

Thanks for the welcome! I plan to add chicken and turkey.... right now, I just wanted to keep it simple! I figure if I spend this weekend eating nothing but eggs and tuna with a bit of cottage cheese, it will help me to stay focused! I plan to weigh myself on November 30th. Whoo!

Oh dylons I wish I could say I did. I had one bite of pizza crust. Just one though and no cheese or anything and then I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. Don't know if that will help but I just had to. Actually, I didn't have to but I chose to. Tomorrow is a new day

So...I'm excited and people that don't diet don't get it so I HAD to post it on here but you ladies were right! I weighed myself before my second workout and it said 137.5 and I worked out for 30 on the elliptical and weighted myself again.... 134.5! I guess it is water weight from drinking so much of it. I sweated it out YAY! I feel so much better that I know it's working

Al.. be careful of the SF Halls.. if they have Sugar Alcohols in them.. you just may be up all night sitting on the throne!!! Them there Alchols are some nasty critters.. Did me in a few weeks ago in the form of lemon drops. .I never heard so much gurgling in my life! I'm just saying. .. . (may be good for a pound or two. . so all is not lost. .)

Dustin: Stick with us. . we are the ones to watch. . . Turkey is key. .Ahhh. the miracle meat!

OK. .so I did have a few spirits. . not too many . .just a few. . surprisingly, I can still type. . . I just hope the headache hits next week and not tomorrow. .I have too much to do in the morning!!!

HI guys... I have been busy busy all day. I was down a tad this morning but not calling it yet..LOL.

Hi Dylan!! Welcome! I know you are going to do great and be sure to hang with us!
I then worked out ... I've been doing the 30day shred acouple of times and its HARD! LOL
Today.. I added 20 minutes of lower body pilates.. then I did the shred. Im really worried about loose skin (grosssssss!!!) and my thighs are still huge .. esp inner. So I for sure have to get on the toning regimen.

Today I had the eggs and bacon, fish for lunch and dinner will be a chicken thigh or 2.

IM2... Hoping for a whoosh for you tonite!! Make sure you let us know!

Good morning!

I wanted to wish everyone good morning! Woke up at 7:00am and now, I'm here at the computer eating my eggs. I poached 2 eggs and seasoned them with salt and pepper. After I finish this, I will drink a glass of water.

Will turkey bacon be acceptable? If turkey is such a miracle meat, then I'll be adding more of that into my diet!

I'm waiting for the weather to warm up. It's a nice sunny morning, but BRRRR cold! Then I will tackle the garage and let's make it a goal for me to be able to park my car in the garage tonight!

Mornin Dustin! I will offer up my opinion but it may not be what you want to hear... I would stay away from anything processed. Stillmans was made to be boring and bland for quick results. Eat clean, lean, whole foods, so you don't have to be on this diet for months like me.
