Book/Article?

I've read the Stillman's stickys, but is there a book or article or something that explains more about Dr. Stillman and this diet that I can read?
thanks!

The two books that I have by Dr. Irwin Maxwell Stillman are:

The Doctor's Quick Inches-Off Diet
The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Diet

You can find both of them and more of his books at Amazon.com. Both are good reads, but be warned they were written long ago, so they aren't very P.C.

THANKS! I have the Atkins books, but I was wondering where the "stillmans" diet came from. I will check it out!
