Had my weigh in this morning at work...
 
and I weighed in at 130!!!!!!!!!!!! :kicking:
Wow this Stillman's really worked for me! Im going to take 2 days off and go back to Atkins induction and then restart on Sunday!

I have another day on Atkins today so I'll keep you posted on how I do weight wise on Monday. I weigh myself at the scale at work. :)

Oh, okay. I can't wait to know. You see i also wanna try cycling atkins and stillman's but I'm afraid it might stall me or even make gain weight...

yep me too I am thinking about doing the same, stillmans during the week and atkins during the weekends, until I reach my goal, and then just move on to Atkins for maintenance, so I'd be very interested on hearing how you do =)

dizzy, I do a "modified Stillman"........Low Fat, High Protein, with only 10-20 grms of carbohydrate daily. I remain in ketosis with little hunger but get to eat a few vegetables.

That's exactly what I want to do. Actually that is what I need to do if I want to keep doing Stillman, because I am not too sure I can keep up with the downsides anymore!!

Would you mind sharing what veggies do you have and approximate portions?

My carbs come from grape tomatoes ( 1/2 gm each) and dill pickle slices ( 1 gm/8 slices). I also end up getting some carbs from deli turkey, so I vary my "vegetable" intake to keep my total carbs under 20 gms.

Good morning!

I'm still doing the cycling, and still losing as well. 5 days on stillman, 2 days on Induction (trying to do only good fats). I do the 2 days on Induction on the weekends and this morning the scale is still being good to me :clap:

Well I came into work today and weighed myself Im now at 135...5 pound gain but not to worry Im back on Stillmans today and hope to lose 6 pounds by Friday's weigh in, I know I can do it! 129 here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

So you did gain some weight on atkins? five pounds that's a lot for two days! I mean I'm sure you'll lose them in no time it's just that now i'm afraid to cycle stillman's and atkins since I'm barely losing on stillman's on 600 daily.
Did you stay under 20 g carbs, no cheats? Maybe it's just water weight?

Yeah I gained 5 pounds but 2 weeks ago I had gained 8 pounds over the weekend and still managed to get down to 130 pounds by my next weigh in. Now I know that won't happen each time but just shows how fast Stillman's seems to work on my body. On Stillman's I usually have about 800 calories a day and 8 or less grams of carbs. I only eat lean protein, and don't even have the cottage cheese. This past weekend on regular Atkins I had about 1700 calories and less than 20g carbs each day, didn't cheat but did have some almonds (not induction) and diet coke! Anyways we'll see how fast I lose these 5 pounds...I want to lose a total of 6! I'll be keeping this thread updated with what happens! I'll weigh in each morning! :)

Actually, I think that was probably just water weight considering how fast you're losing it again. Did you have more sodium than usual on the weekend?

Had my official Friday weigh in, I came in at.............128!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WooHoooo.....I lost 2 pounds from last weigh in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippy!!
