benefiber chewable tablets
one more question here! i just bought some sugar free benefiber chewable tablets to help get things moving. The label says it has 8g of carbs per serving which is broken down into 3 g of fiber and 3 g of soluble fiber.
would this affect my qwl or make me gain? could be a stupid question. |
well in stillmans we are not allowed more than 10 grams of carb a day therefore you will need to substract the non soluble fiber carbs from your daily allowance of 10 grams of carbs.
Is interesting though because if 3 + 3 = 6 grams (duh!) what are other two grams made of?? |
i was wondering the same thing! i have no idea.
so you said subtract the NON soluble fiber? |
OMG, i got so bound up, bloated and sick i started throwing up because i was so constipated when i took those... ever again. TMI i know, but holy ****.

Hi Amanda,
I just checked their website and the label is very weird indeed! Benefiber It doesn't make any sense. The dietary fiber is supposed to be the grams of soluble fiber (3 grams per portion of 3 tablets) plus the grams of insoluble fiber (0 grams). And then the total grams of carbs are supposed to be the addition of dietary fiber (3 grams) plus sugars (0 grams). So I don't really understand what the other 5 grams are made of!! If I were you just to be on the safe side I would count the 3 tablets as 5 grams of carbs (since you don't know what those 5 grams are made of). |
Have you tried the milk of magnessium? Thats seemed to really work for me, I just don't want to become dependent on them.
I have also picked up some probiotics to help too. Well see! |
