stillman's stay slim
i'm close to my goal weight and am getting ready to start working my carbs back in. does anyone have any sample menus or idea's for meals to start out with? and also, how much should i add weekly and what should i start with?
thanks for you help! i really don't want to mess this up and start rapidly gaining, any help so i can do this right would be awesome |
