Advice needed...

Hello all,
I really am in need of some advice. Im currently 5'1 and weigh 134, I started at 160 and have lost all my weight by following atkins. The thing is my weight loss has slowed down now and that is fine with me except for the fact that Im doing a Biggest Loser Contest at work and we now only have 3 more weigh in's to go. Im currently in 1st place but 2nd place is right there next to me, I WANT TO WIN...I'll get $120 if I get first place and i'd sure like to use that for shopping money. Im thinking about doing Stillmans, do ya'll think I would lose some more weight with this in 3 weeks considering I've already lost so much weight already? Oh and my weigh in's are done every Friday morning...gosh I'd love to lose 3 pounds from now until Friday for this weigh in to put me at 131..is that too much to ask for? Please if anyone can give me advice I'd really appreciate it! Thanks so much! :)

Yes, you will lose, but it is sometimes tough for poeple to stick too...
If you stick to it, you CAN DO IT NO PROBLEM!

i think that since you are used already to the Atkins WOE it would be definitely much easier to give Stillmans a go for a couple of weeks!!! i say go for it!! I think you could lose those 3 pounds in two weeks with no problems at all. Just remember that NO FATS ARE ALLOWED AT ALL!! good luck !

ps if you dont mind me asking how long did it take you to lose the weight on Atkins? I think I will move to Atkins soon!!

Just stick to Stillman's permitted foods and don't add anything extra in. You can do it!! GL
