great desert and it's legal
This was in his book years ago.
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 1/4 tsp splenda a dash of cinnamon (not too much) Stir all together, very yummy And when toast is legal you can spread it on the bread or stick yndr the broiler to bubble it up. |

I take egg whites and whip them until they are frothy, then add splenda and cinnamon and pour into a small ramekin. I bake that till it puffs up, then i top with some cottage cheese with splend and cinnamon in it.
I even make it in a glass baking dish and then can cut it into squares... kinds like a cinnemon roll, light fluffy texture |

Remykins, that sounds really yummy, almost meringue-like. What temp do you bake at and for how long? Please share the details!

In addition to cinnamon and sweetener I add some instant coffee to my cottage cheese for the flavour. Not much, just a dash. Better use granular instant coffee, but in that case you'll need to pound it between your fingers.
