How long can I do this for?

I've seen some say don't do it for more than 3 days, others have said 2 weeks. Then I've heard you can do this diet until you're near goal. I'm on my 4th day and doing good so far, and I'd like to keep going. I have over 100lbs to lose. I'd like to be able to do this for at least 3 months to jump start my weight loss. Is that dangerous?

Technically you can do it till you are near goal...
I would not do it for 3 months... what about transferring over to atkins induction?

It is so different for each person, try for awhile and see how you feel. I think tho that maybe you should start to incorporate more induction friendly menu items over time. Then you can go back to it periodically if you would like.

Do it for as long as you can stand it, then you will be happy to change.

Thanks!

I think you're both right. I'll keep doing it until my body tells me to stop. Then I'll see about gradually switching over to induction.
