How long can I do this for?
I've seen some say don't do it for more than 3 days, others have said 2 weeks. Then I've heard you can do this diet until you're near goal. I'm on my 4th day and doing good so far, and I'd like to keep going. I have over 100lbs to lose.
I'd like to be able to do this for at least 3 months to jump start my weight loss. Is that dangerous? |

Technically you can do it till you are near goal...
I would not do it for 3 months... what about transferring over to atkins induction? It is so different for each person, try for awhile and see how you feel. I think tho that maybe you should start to incorporate more induction friendly menu items over time. Then you can go back to it periodically if you would like. |

Do it for as long as you can stand it, then you will be happy to change.

Thanks!
I think you're both right. I'll keep doing it until my body tells me to stop. Then I'll see about gradually switching over to induction. |
