Starting Stillmans tomorrow!

I will be starting tomorrow and i will go till the 29th... i will record all i eat and my daily schedule. Hoping for great results! wish me luck!

Here are most of the things i will be eating (which i purchased at the store today):
All are broiled, boiled or roasted, or grilled.

1. LEAN MEATS, lean beef in small amounts, lean cuts of pork.

2. CHICKEN AND TURKEY with all skin removed.

3. SEAFOOD cod, tilapia, shrimp, scallops.

4. EGGS. (mostly egg whites).

5. COTTAGE CHEESE, less than 1/4 cup a day

6. AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY

I will be keeping my calories below 1,200 a day, and i will record all my activities. Maybe someone will find all this info useful.

Why only egg yolks.
There is nothing wrong with eating yolks. It is proven that the yolks are fine. I have chickens and eat eggs all the time and I have no problems at all.
You are throwing away the better part, that is where all the vitamins are.

Two reasons, i am really trying to watch calories, i need to or i dont lose, and 3 egg whites have only 50 cal. compared to one whole egg has 100.

Second and most importantly, I hate them...
I can eat deviled eggs but no mayo on stillmans

I have been tryin gto eat little tiny bits of it tho, but when they are hard boiled (because i need to transport them, iam very busy), they are yucky to me.

60 minutes strength training interval
But I am worried, I have to go to a wine tasting tomorrow ☹, I will be taking the smallest sip ever. Luckily wine is low on carbs, not like I am doing a bread tasting

Quick question, why is cottage cheese aloud when it has 5 carbs per serving? Wouldn’t it be better the have a hard cheese which has 1-2 carbs?

Well that just about says it! You sure did shoot me down
I am pulling for you, I think you will make it with that much determination you cannot lose.
Besides you have all of us to boost you if you need it.
As for the wine tasting, why not tell them you are on the wagon hehe, just kidding, you will be fine.

I found out today I will be doing the live news on Friday… I havent been back to work in so long, and when I am nervous, I eat, I overate by around 500 calories today ☹ that’s not going to help things. I don’t think I will make my 2 lb goal by the 30th (although it is TOM so I have no idea how to find out if I did or not).

Only low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese is allowed on stillman's and it has WAY less fat than regular cheese. Besides there different brands of cottage cheese, some of them have only 1-3 carbs per serving.

Btw, sometimes I think about switching to egg whites, too. I actually love the yolks, but they have too much fat in my opinion (more than 5 g).

Great work, Remy!
