Me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you acquainted with the ATKINS diet? It allows you some carbs, primarily vegetables, though frowns upon fruits.

Dont give up. That is what I did so close to my goal and I regret it sooooo much! Hang in there you can do it. When I finally reach my goal I will most likely do a salads with some berries.

You might also want to try South Beach, I am not sure but you might get more options with that one.

Try the SF jello, that might help. For me, sometime when I have those cravings, I chugg some water which makes me full. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.

The worst part of being so close is that its the hardest pounds to lose! I caved on mothers day..I mean all out with carbs, fats and SUGAR. I've lost 1.5 pounds since. I only have 10 more to lose. THEY ARE SO STUBBORN!!!

Amanda how can you be depressed? You lost thirty pounds.
I have thyroid and I go on a diet and gain weight, I tried everything now I want to try this for a change.
I am so jealous of you guys that can lose weight don't give up, just keep looking at that scale and watch the needle go down.

You should go Zero Carb as I am. Once you are adapted, you will cease to crave carbs because you will not see them as nutritious for your body. Carbs are what my food eats.
