veggies!

So ya I love my veg, and am finding stillmans quite hard to do, but was just wondering, if I stay 2 days strict and the third day have about 3 cups of green veg only( romaine or spinach) will this kick me out of ketosis if I am in ketosis? will greens affect the loss that much?

and what about flax seed? I eat ground flax seed everyday, at least 1 Tblsp, if I do strict stillmans with this amount of flax, will it work? I know I know- I should just experiment right?

one more thing, I find that by the third day of strict stillman, I get completely blocked up, ugh huh, and I look pregnant and feel like crap due to not going to the washroom....I drink at least 3L water a day and sometimes drink 2 tsp psyllium husks at night. what else can I do? I also exercise to!

If you think you can do it, or you think you can't do it, either way you are right~

Hi!

3 cups of spinach or romaine won't kick you out of ketosis and I doubt they will affect your weight loss. I'm not sure about the flax seed though. I don't think 1tb has many carbs but if you find yourself not losing try cutting them out and see what happens.

For that other "problem" lol I find that taking a 250mg magnesium supplement twice daily (one in the morning and one before bed) really helps! Or sometimes I just take 500mg at night since it also helps me sleep.
