Stillman and Atkins
 
Hi Everyone. I hope you all are doing well. The question I have is this, has anyone successfully combined Atkins and Stillman. The reason that I ask is that I know that I can stick with Stillman for the short term, but I don't think I can stay with the program on a long term basis. Atkins seems to be doable for life. I don't want to put myself in the position of setting up for failure.

I combine Stillmans QWL with Stillmans 14 Day Shape up. Atkins simply doesn't work for me. with Stillmans 14 Day I can add back all the veggies, and lowfat cheese and milk so it's doable for long term with minor variations like addition of small amts of olive/canola oil.
