it went horribly, mainly due to lack of preparation. im going to start again tomorrow but this time im going to cook up stuff for the week tonight. ive been super busy lately! im in a cna class 10 hours saturday and sunday and work full time during the week. ...no excuse, but at least im not giving up.

Wow...you are super busy!!

Being prepared with stillman friendly food will help alot!

Most of the battle with my weight and starting stillmans was in my head...and that too takes preparation!

Good Luck!!

On Day 1 today

Carbs, not the problem...can always cut carbs. I can do Atkins on my head, but I stall.

Fatty foods--chicken wings, cheese, etc....big issue. That, and I'm not a fan of eggs without a lot of fatty meats or low carb salsa.
