Recipes sound delicious, I love to cook so I've been working on a few myself that incorporate the Stillman allowed foods one thing I made was a faux "tortilla shell" I just heated up some 1% low-fat cheddar in a non-stick pan until melted then the flipped it over until the other side cooked. Once it was done I placed it on a glass and let it cool in the shape of a tortilla, I then stuffed it with lean ground beef that had been cooked and simmered with lowcarb ketchup and a few spoonfuls of water and of course spices. needless to say it was delicious.

Hi redty4! are you on QWL? If so, check in on the March thread!!! We have all eaten pork chops- its the other white meat, right??
![]() (I have to confess there have been times when I ate the crunchy fat around the edges. but thats a no-no for Stills! ) |
