The webpage is gone. :( I thought this might be the answer to my low-fat, low-carb, low-sodium diet my doc is recommending. Darn. Anyone have them saved?

Recipes sound delicious, I love to cook so I've been working on a few myself that incorporate the Stillman allowed foods one thing I made was a faux "tortilla shell" I just heated up some 1% low-fat cheddar in a non-stick pan until melted then the flipped it over until the other side cooked. Once it was done I placed it on a glass and let it cool in the shape of a tortilla, I then stuffed it with lean ground beef that had been cooked and simmered with lowcarb ketchup and a few spoonfuls of water and of course spices. needless to say it was delicious.

I ate grilled pork chops no breading. Is that a big setback?

Hi redty4! are you on QWL? If so, check in on the March thread!!! We have all eaten pork chops- its the other white meat, right?? :D

(I have to confess there have been times when I ate the crunchy fat around the edges. but thats a no-no for Stills!)
