New To Site!!

Good morning all

I was wondering which program did most of you follow when starting Stillman? I see that he has QWLM, 14D Shape up program and inches-off diet. I'm looking to start on the 21st of the month and want to be prepared.
Questions?? Can you have light string cheese? or FF Cheese? I normally buy the Cottage Cheese non-fat single servings is that ok?

Is there any alcoholic beverages that we are aloud? We normally have some drinks on the weekends with friends!

In regard to cheese on QWL.... you can have skim-milk cheese in moderation but not part skim milk cheese. He doesn't list anything about fat free cheese, probably because they weren't available back then. Logic would suggest these be alright in moderation. I've used fat free cheddar to add to chili or taco meat while following QWL. I don't know much about cottage cheese, because I dislike it. My guess is those single serves are great, but you may want to wait on someone else to respond to that one.

In regard to Alcohol.... it is NOT allowed, however you'll notice that his 14-Day Shape-Up plan allows limited hard alcohol. After saying that, several of us enjoy the drinks and follow QWL otherwise. It's up to you!

Day 1

Thanks so much!
I started this morning 7/21 and feeling good so far

menu for 7/21
Breakfast 8:30- 1 light string cheese (made with skim), cup coffee
Snack 11- 1 3oz can tuna and water
Lunch 1:30- sf jello and 2 hb eggs
Dinner 6-plain burger and water!!

Goal for the day- treadmill for 60 mins at gym tonight.
