I am at 136 this morning...I checked it 3 times and it was on 136 each time!! yay!!

Going to get my morning miles in on the treadmill.

I am up too early! Brutus woke me up just after 5am. I may go back to bed or take a nap later! Hey I am on summer vacation!

Denise~ You're welcome! I have a cabinet full of spices, although I have my 6 or 7 favorites. Kind of like my underwear drawer! Yippee on 136!!!!!

Kathy~ On the burger-lettuce repetition diet....I ate the romaine with the burger to make the burger taste juicier. I buy the 96% lean burger, so there are hardly any fat drippings when I cook it on the George.

Jane~ You will cheat free this weekend!!!

Got my morning miles in....yeah...thanks... I am pretty excited about the 136...I am doing the strict stillmans...I am on day 7!! Three more days to go!!

I can always get the scale to budge when I do what he says but I have a tendency to add an onion slice or some lettuce ...telling myself that it won't make a difference but it does!! Now I am going to add onion salt!!

Denise~ Your week has been really awesome. I mean, you've gone from 138 to 136 by staying strict with QWL. To lose 2 pounds with how close you are to goal is fantastic!!!!!!

I guess I ought to go weight myself! I guess I am a little worried about a gain! I lost so much the past 3 days doing the Repetition Diets, and yesterday I was strict QWL, minus the 2 chicken legs' skin. Did I mention the place burned them... so it was super crispy!

My , my , my , my what a bunch of blabbermouths you ladies have been. I love it!

I'm hanging in on Stillman's and glad to see so many more doing the same!
Denise...Congrats on the 136! You are so close to goal.
Ladies thanks on the variations on cola chicken! I used the Heinz one carb ketchup about half a cup. On hard boiled eggs...most times I eat them 'straight up' with a little Nosalt or even mustard or the LC ketchup. Sometimes I chop those little suckers up and add, mustard, Nosalt, paprika and a touch of dry parsley. I'm gonna have to try 'sweet eggs' sometime, too...when the sweet urge hits me. Usually when the sweet urge hits I do the cottage cheese, splenda, cinnamon thing. Also I have had some cottage cheese with some SF peach jello which reminds me of cottage cheese and peaches. I often have my jello and cottage cheese together and even sprinkle a little splenda on top to sweeten it a bit more. For more SF jello flavors I've made unflavored Knox gelatin and added DaVinci's with the cool water. I haven't gotten the amount of DaVinci's just right yet but I'll let you ladies know if I ever do. I think I'll make more of the meatballs with too much oregano today like my last mistake. Some accidents are happy, ya know, like my 27 year old son. You're a great bunch of chicas. Type to ya's laterz.

Alright.... I weighed myself and... I am UP 0.6. Although, I am still DOWN 5.8 since Monday! So.... I am not going to beat myself up.

Not sure what I'll eat today. What is everyone else eating? I am not sure if I will QWL or do Repetition.

I did some POOP SCOOPing in the backyard and cleaned up the yard this morning. So, no appetite right now!

Good Morning My LOVELY LADIES!!

I'm down 3lbs since MONDAY.... Wish it was more, but I will take it!!!

As for my eggs...I usually eat them with salt & pepper. But before Stillmans, I mixed them with Mayo, Splenda, Dill relish, chopped onion, alittle mustard and crispy fried bacon!! Then just ate it with a spoon on between two oopsie rolls...or REV rolls...whatever they call them.

Lately I'm stuck putting HOT sauce on everything I eat!! My chicken, my tuna, and Kathy says she even eats it on her eggs...which I hadn't thought about trying but WILL!!

For something sweet, I eat the cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon or mix my jello with my cottage cheese. Its pretty good!

Now the sweet eggs...hummm... I'm gonna have to think about that one!!

I also like the rev rolls with some sugar free syrup poured over it!! Or I freeze crystal Light in cups or water bottles or popcicles....yummy!! But my kids eat them all!!!

Kathy...that sugar alcohol...OMG...I thought I might DIE!! You know what I'm talking about!! And I am waking up having to PEE every 2 hours at NIGHT!! What the HECK??? Its keeping me up all night!!

Made the cola chicken again last night. My brother was over and he does a variation on low fat and low carb. He loved it! Couldn't believe it had diet pop in it!!

And HONESTLY...I guess I have created a monster with my 13 year old!! She is sooo obsessed with her looks!! She can't walk past a mirror without looking at herself!!! But she does have a figure! I never had that figure at her age!!! But I think its because she is such an athlete!!! God probably knew if he put my head on that body that I would never where clothes!!!

Hey Everyone,
Well I am trying something new...eating healthy carbs (like fruit, veggies, whole grains) and lean meats. I feel llike I need to do this for my body. For the last 2.5 years I have done strict low carb...mostly meat, then I will cheat for a while eating junk...gain back some, lose some again with meat and eggs.
It has been a vicious cycle and I think my body needs good old fashion healthy natural food. So if you do not mind I would like to still post my progress here.
I would like to eat 1200 cals a day and still exercise every morning. I plan on taking a multi vitamin and drinking only water. No coffee or diet soda.
Please wish me luck....

Jessie...Sounds like a healthy plan. Let us know how it goes! That's sort of my proposed maintainence plan (more cals tho') but I got a ways to go before those fruits and grains come back.
