Oh hon, I feel for you, been there too many times. I've tried drinking different flavored teas (using Splenda) and sweetening it a little more than normal. Also, Cskies mentioned drinking a diet soda..this has really worked too. But for me, the best way to get rid of it was to not cave in and get into deep ketosis..this always took away any sweet cravings I had. Congrats on making it to your short-term goal last week!!

By the way, loving the new avitars..Diana and Magical

Thanks Moretta for the warm welcome back

magickal: hang in there. Maybe find something to do that will keep your mind off the sweets. Keep up the good work.

Diane: Snow cones sound delish. I'm going to buy me a snow cone machine so when others around me are eating ice cream I will have a snow cone.

DebiInOhio: Yay for snow cones. Enjoy.

Back to Stillman's tomorrow full force for me.

Oh no!!! LOL!! Not you too!!
I know how much it hurts, but all I did was suffer through. I'm not saying that's for everyone, but boy did that take all I had in me not to eat anything.

Denise did mention to eat some cottage cheese with sweetner and cinnamon. I didn't because before I knew it, my cravings went a way.

You can try that or drink tons of water like I did too.

I feel your pain Hon!

for me, crystal lite lemonade works good to take away the cravings. Most of the time, if it is really bad towards the afternoon/early evenings, I'll make a cup of coffee and add 2 splendas and a dash of HWC. That not only fills me up, but takes away the craving for the evening.

For me..........I'm having a hard time drinking a lot of water because I'm not hungry. But I know if I keep this up I'm going to stall big time. So for now, my big obstacle is pushing the water!!

Got 2.5 miles done...will have to do the other .5 mile tonight...school is done here in 2 weeks and everyone seems to be changing their schedule so I can either get up 30 minutes earlier to get my 3 miles done before people start dropping off kids or I can do more walking in the evenings!! I choose evenings!! lol

DEBI---thanks for the warning on the snow cones flavors...I checked mine again...sugar free...and they have a ton of flavors but could only find 2 that were sugar free at Walmart!! Cherry and the Blue one!!

Diana..I might have to check out a liquor store for ....sugar free flavors of course!! Thanks for the heads up on that one!!

LaRae..I was wondering if you got some of our thunderstorms...hope you came out ok...you are in for some more though!!

Gotta go look at kids...I will try to get back here at snack time or sooner!

I had some coffee and the walk on the treadmill has put me in a good mood despite the rain and being indoors again today!!

hello everyone... hope everyone is doing well. It's going to be a rough few days or weeks for me... my grandama is dying, they said today she might not even make it to the weekend. So things are really emotional and then all the family and stuff to deal with... I am praying I stay on track.
I don't mean to be a downer on here but I somehow feel like if I say it now on here I am admitting I need to be so careful and hopefully that will help me to not use this experience as an "excuse" to cheat... I guess it made sense in my head...lol!!

Anyway... Keep up the good work everyone!!!
