Denise Congratulations on making it into the 130's and 4lbs away from goal. You've come a long way..

Hoochandme and Kate. You've come to the right place for support.

chessie~don't worry about it. Now that you're back on track you'll be back in ketosis quicker than if you were carbed up for days. WOW, a swimming pool...that's great!!

slatman~I agree..posting keeps me accountable and is a big part of me staying on plan.

Jane and Magickal~congrats on the weight loss!!

LaRon~going to the movies w/o getting popcorn (for me, nachos) is trying. I've even had to take Atkins bars a few times to help keep me from buying their food. Instead of not going, how about take a favorite LC snack?

Hoops, LaRae, Amy, Diana(where are you? ), Amy, Rose, KSS and anyone else I've missed

cskies DH is still there will be home 3 June. He is tring to find a house but he keeps talking himself out of it !!!

Says it is expense to rent so looking to buy but he is lost!!

Morning!! Last day of May to get 'er done!!

Slept in until 8 this morning...I could get used to that!!

Spent some time going through my jeans...ones that don't fit anymore...ones that fit and look good and ones that will probably never fit!! I bought a couple of clothing lots on Ebay and some of the jeans that were included were for Jrs!!...and I will never be a junior size!! lol

Put on some capri jeans for the day....don't plan to go anywhere or I will change...I can't bring myself to wear anything in public other than jeans or slacks!! Does anyone else have that problem?? I don't even think I can wear the capris during daycare hours...don't want anyone to see some skin!!

I even have a problem with sandels and people seeing my feet...some of the problem is that growing up on the farm you really didn't want to wear anything that exposed your feet to the things you could step in or on!! I am trying to be better about things like that not that it matters at my age!!

I am looking back through the month of May and thinking I didn't accomplish what I wanted but I did get a hold of myself and worked through to lose a little bit more towards my goal and I am happy with that. I don't do well with time constraints...something in me rebels!!

I will continue to use stillmans on my way to goal and am looking forward to June and what I can change and what I can continue doing to make this journey fun and exciting!!

I do know I will continue with my treadmill walks as I still enjoy them and feel like a slug if I don't get them in everyday!!

Is cream in coffee ok? I see HWC in some posts - heavy whipping cream?

Also, how do you all feel about diet soda? Had a heck of a time getting off the sugary stuff, so I'm still having a couple of diet sodas a day.

Here's the Stillman plan to remind us what we may and may not eat!

Dr.Stillman's ~Quick Weight Loss Diet

It's pretty much just lean protein and only eating to satiety. We have to have at least 80 oz. of water a day. Diet drinks are OK I think but watch the carbs on them. Cream isn't allowed because it has fat. This is a low carb and also low fat plan. Having said that..I know the rules. the challenge is to stick to it! I'm a gonna try.
