Would this work?
Hi all, not posted on here for quite a while but its got to that time again - 2½ weeks until my holiday and nothing fits.
I'd be more than happy losing half a stone before my hols, so was thinking about a plan ....... 2 weeks on stillman, no cheating, lots of exercise (I currently have a treadmill sat in my livingroom). Then gradually over a few days introducing some carbs and fat so that by the time I go away I'm following Atkins, which I can continue whilst away on holiday. Then was thinking once I get back maybe I could to Stillman in the week and Atkins at weekends ....... I appreciate that I may put on a couple of lb during a weekend on Atkins but was thinking that the overall for the week would still be a good loss! So, what do you guys think? Do you think this would be a good plan and that 7lb during 2 weeks of stillman is achievable? I haven't followed stillman for 12 months now so it would be a shock to the system so, hopefully, quite dramatic. Thanks Jo x |
