Hot sauce? Herbal tea? Herbal sweetener?

That's a lot of "h"s. Curious about these items on Stillman's. Also vinegar... homemade mayo is essentially eggs and vinegar right? Oh yeah and Pam. Very low fat content but there is SOME. Why are grilled meats not on the ok list? Meat surely doesn't acquire fat on the grill.

I was wondering that very thing last night and with bbq season coming up, I have decided to add grilled meats to my version of Stillmans.
Griling is almost the same as broiling ....just flipped around.
