Well i've slipped up so bad you would think I was coated in Wesson (TOM didn't help matters)
I bought some groceries to begin fresh tomorrow, tell me what you think
B:hb eggs
L:chicken or tuna
d:tilapia or turkey burgers(cooked on a non-stick pan)
Is this a good stillmans menu,inquring minds want to know....

psWindy, I feel like HOT death when I first start low carb.Headaches,nausea,muscle cramps you name it.I think the fact that I am very carbed up never helps.Then after that, I feel better than I ever had in life!!So maybe in a while in you'll feel fantastic

I started Stillmans on 4/21/08 after being on Atkins since last June. I didn't feel any different than normal; maybe because I had already been eating low-carb. Hope that you feel better!

as for me, i am starving today. seems like all i'm doing is eating.... sigh. but i have only eaten Stillmans friendly foods ...so yay me! i do have a slight headache ...

thing that keeps running through my mind is " eat to live, dont live to eat" ..... that statement is harder than it seems.

Amy, I understand that on Stillman's, there is no quantity restriction, although, of course, you are supposed to eat until satisfied and not just to keep eating. However, I know that we need to keep our calories up, and it's better to eat more of Stillman's food than something else!

At least, this is way that I understand it!

My hormones are getting the best of me and I'm feeling really sad that I haven't gotten below 200! I don't know why, I'm not there yet. But all I can do is keep on low carbing!

LaRae, if u hit search hundreds of pages will pop up on the subject...theres a poster named Dobie she came up with an induction friendly muffin years ago...of course theres many variations of it

flax meal, protein powder, egg, baking powder,oil, davinici syrup...do U want the recipe I used?

Hey everybody and thanks for the welcome!

I'm hoping that Stillmans can be a good fit for me. I have had issues with food for most of my life and sometimes tend to go overboard and to the extreme with dieting. Thats the main reason that I won't be weighing myself any time soon. I'm afraid of what I'll do if I see what the actual number really is.

I stopped by the store on my way home from work tonight and got some chicken breasts, some fish and some eggs. I didn't eat anything today until I got home (bad I know) and then had a chicken breast. Oh yeah, and I also had a sugar free popsicle. That probably isn't allowed, huh?

Would love some inspiration from all of you that have been doing this for a while.

Thanks, Debi, I'm going to pass on the recipe for now. I don't want to be tempted to try it since I'm staying on Stillman's.

I've made different variations of the OMM, the cream cheese muffin, lemon poppyseed, SpongeBob Flax one, and on and on. I loved all of them!! That was just one I had missed!

Well, I totally blew my eating for the day...I don't know what my problem is but it wasn't pretty!! blah

I did get my six miles on the treadmill in...I do 3 in the morning and 3 at night...I'm pretty sure I couldn't do 6 all in one shot unless I was extremely motivated...and I am not to that point yet!! if ever I don't know why I chose 6 miles but I worked my way up to that number and it has stuck...I tried for more and couldn't seem to keep up with it and less than 6 and I feel like I haven't done anything!

Hope everyone else had a good day...I will do better tomorrow!!

Denise, maybe you can consider your eating a "refeed"? Maybe it will give you a boost! At least, when I ate that peanut butter and nuts on Saturday, Magic suggested that I considered that my refeed day.
You have been so good for so long! I know you have because I have been reading this thread for a long time!

hi everyone, I am on plan but dam im craving something not sure what but something do evr get that, I think im gonna go watch a movie and go to bed early so i dont give in I had a freat eat day excatly my planned menue, so i think ill just use my own advise i can do anything in 24 hours...Im so close to breaking out the 300's and I dont want to sabatage myself.......have a gtrat nite
