LOL Denise! The freaking birds!! LOL!!
I haven't seen you all day Denise, where were you! You were missed!!

Magickal, my birthday is the 30th of Dec. I have to until the end of the year for my bday!!
Oh and my other nephew's bday is the 25th! We are all in good company!!

OneFitgal!!! I hope you don't eat the caaakeee!!

Has anyone here ever done a colon cleanse, not the parasite kind but just a regulare kind. I bought some pills to try it and plan on doing it this weekend. The brand is called Roex. With the pills, I got this sample pack of supplements called Lights Out. It's supposed to help you sleep. I was just thinking of you Debi.

Well I took one and I tell you what! I slept pretty darn good, except I got hot in the bedroom, no air! So I got up to go to the sofa and sleep and it was funny, I felt like I was sleep walking! My eyes were half shut.
I may take another one over the weekend.
I have problems sleeping too Deb.

Well everyone I hope you all have great evening! I'll see ya in the morning!!

Love Ya's!!

I am down 10.6 pounds, but I didn't get the facial today or even call to schedule it. I left the house before 7am and got home at 8pm, so no time today.

cskies~ I know I should see my chiro but there is no time. Did you get in your exercise?

[b]Diana~[b] Does cream have carbs, sugar, or fat? The rest looks great, besides the ice cream as you pointed out and the Canadian bacon. So, maybe you are retaining water since you feel as if TOM is coming on. Also, you just picked up the exercise pace, so your muscles are retaining some additional water. In regard to the meal… could you pass on the beans and rice and allow yourself just the chili?

Lora~ Best to you on your new plan.

Slatman~ Aren’t you down like 6 pounds from a couple posts ago?

LaRae~ Nice weight loss! I don’t eat the revolution roll because I have no clue what it is????

Meeha~ Your menu looks great, although you can eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re satisfied. The first couple of days, my appetite is much larger and then I have to remind myself to eat.

Magickal, Antigone, Windy~

Good Morning everyone!!!!
I don't get to post as I would like because I have a 4 day work week (fri-mon)
and no computer at home yet....
I am glad to see e/bodys progressing well and weight losses are happening.
I love stillmans plan, but the same ole binge eating demons are still trying to get me.I will keep my word:I don't care if I have to restart stillmans everyday for the rest of my life, i'm gonna be a stillmans success story
I did accomplish something though.Durring my quest to find a decent strength training video to go with my tae bo library I found out that the thrift store has some nice workout tapes(for those of us that have both a vcr and dvd player).
Hello to all of the other newbies

Morning everyone!!

Yeah Diana...the freaking birds can raise a rukus that would make you want to own a gun and put them out of their misery sometimes!! In the morning it is nice and chipper but gets annoying as the day is long!! And I like birds!

Amy in Texas...Kansas is the heart of America...come back!! lol Bet you don't miss it a bit!!

Onefitgal will soon know how great Kansas is...it can get hot here but we don't have the humidity...just alot of wind!!

Browniee...glad to see you here when you do get a chance to post. And you will be a stillman's success story!!

Slatman...don't even try and sneak your weight loss past a bunch of women...we do notice!! and yes I understand you will carb up for your weekend fun and games!! But you are down and your goal is looking close!!

Hoops..got the exercise in...and you better find time for your chiro!!

Magickal...glad someone can love fish as much as you do...I am that way with beef. Keep up the great work.

I can't believe how many people are working the stillman plan and I want to say to all the new ones that are getting something done about their weight loss and journey into better health!!

Going to go get my second cup of coffee!!

Morning Everyone!

Hoops, congrats on losing 10lbs. I know you look and feel awesome!

I rec'd my Stillman's book (purse size - print date 1967) in the mail on yesterday. I read the entire book and decided to try the plan today. I didn't weigh in (staying off da scale until May 15th). However, I will tomorrow morning just to track my weight while on the plan.

I will keep you all posted on my progress.

Have a wonderful day

Meek

I was wondering about the book, also! I would like to order one, too.

Staying on plan; no cheats!

Here's my menu for today:
B - HB Egg, mashed w/little mustard on rev. roll
L- Sirloin
D - Steak
S - Cottage cheese or Farmer's cheese

Have a great day everyone!

Hey LaRae, your menu looks good. I'm wondering about the rev roll thou I guess it's fine, as long as it doesn't stall you

Good Morning Everyone!

It's a beautiful morning here!

Denise, I love birds too. But there is a certain bird here that makes a noise and it sounds like a cell phone ring tone! I'm not kidding! LOL!
I wanted to ask you, when you started exercising, how long before you started losing weight?

Hi Meekness, I hope you have much success on Stillmans!!

Hi Hoops, Way to go on the 10lbs!! Whoohoo!! I do think that cream has some carbs in it but can't remember how much. Well tonight is do or die for the Suns!! I bet what the outcome will be.

Hi Amy, get ready to lose!!!!

Hi LaRae!! Hope you have another loss or 2!!!

Hi Magickal! Oh and you too!!! I hope there is a loss for you!!

Hi Slatman, Yeah you are close to goal!! You'll make it!!!

Hi Onefit, how are! How's the after b-day!! Hope you have a loss!!

Hi Debi! how are you doing, I hope you were able to get some sleep last night. Hope you have a loss!!

I'm sorry if I missed anyone!!

Have a great day Everyone!!

I don't see how it could stall me. It's made with eggs and low-fat cottage cheese which are allowed on Stillman's. The only other ingredients are cream of tartar and a few drops of stevia. They really help me have something a little "bread-like".

Hello ALL

TKU for the B-day wishes.

I was really shocked!!

DH brought flowers, M&M peanuts(big bag), a wii bowling game(he actually played a game too), and an opal/w diamond neclace!!! WOW

He also made me swordfish and green beans with mushrooms and garlic!!

He was so nice which is not like him!!

My DD got me carmex!! LOL I always lose it. My DS just wrote me a card that said "thanks for all your help and caring for me"

I think that was the best present of all!!

Now, DH awoke in a mood?

But after all that food and a piece of ice cream cake I am down 1 pound .

Did 4 miles and legs at the gym today.

Had to eat left overs for breakfast yummy!!!

Hope every one has a great day and a fabulous Weekend

Eh, the cake was a celebration for you! Why not!!! You earned the piece!! At least you're down a lb!!! Whoohoo!!!

Hello,hello!! I'm in for 5 days.

I joined the "Biggest Loser" competition here at work in Jan, and it raps up on May 1. Well, I am in 2nd place for most % lost and if I lose 5 pounds by then, then I win the pot!!! It's over $500!!! I'm also running my first 5K on May 10, so I'm not sure how this will effect my runs. I really really need to keep running (practicing) because I'm not quite up to 3 miles yet without stopping and that is my goal... to do the 5K without stopping.

I'm going shopping tomorrow and will start Sun-Thur. I've already told DH I'm not cooking this week and he's on his own, lol.
