Nothing wrong with chewing gum just the chemicals
involved.. when I quit one thing (soda) I tend to up the quantity
of other products (gum) so I'ts all or nothing...

Hello everyone. I know I haven't posted in a few days but I've been here silently cheering you all on. Sounds as if everyone is pretty much on track. I veered off a bit this past weekend with some Saturday night drinking but I'll just call it a refeed. Sounds like it might have done me some good from what I've been reading. I joined the gym today as I've been inspired by some of you athletic types on here. Did 45 minutes interval training and 25 minutes of running. It's the best I could do though. I'm a bit out of shape Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great day and stays the course.

Cskies: I'm sorry to hear about your aunt. I lost mine a few months ago so you have my deepest condolences.

Hi Everyone!
Looks like you're all doing great! The last couple of days I've been eating like Stillmans 14 day and added a veggie.

This morning I got in 30 min again on my elliptical, but I made myself really work out on it. I had it programmed to do 3 high resistant movements, then it gradually goes down to the lowest resistant, then back up again. This went on for the whole 30 minutes and boy was that a work out. My legs feel good and I try to use my stomach muscles to as well.
Now, I'm feeling hungrier and had to eat a little more for breakfast, but didn't didn't over do it.

I'm really liking this!!!

Hi to Everyone here!! Let's get ur done!!!

Diana~ I am so glad to see Dallas getting their butts kicked right now. I pick Spurs by 6 tonight.

Thanks! I like how weight drops off quick initially. The tough part is hanging in there and sticking to plan when we only drop a few pounds a week.

Debi~ Nice job on losing 22 pounds! Woo Hoo!

Hi!

I used to live in AZ many moons ago in Tempe, Mesa, and W. Phoenix. Many memories. Some were good!

Gee, it is no surprise you are a Suns Fan

I'm not a basketball person myself but happy to see the Celtics are having a great season!

Morning everyone...thanks for the hugs and concerns...they were much appreciated!!

I am drinking my first cup of coffee and trying to figure out where I picked up a cold at as I am coughing and sneezing...unless it is allergies?? I got my lawns sprayed for dandilions/weeds last night...we finally had calm enough winds that I could get outside to do it!! Last year I killed my neighbors flowers along our property because it was too windy when I sprayed...and the kind people didn't complain but I felt really bad!

I will get to walkling in a minute...I can't believe how much walking has helped with all the stress lately...I am so glad that I have found a physical outlet and a way of eating that I can live with. It makes a big difference for me!! And I didn't even know I needed it...I thought I was ok with myself and the size that I was...wouldn't say I was overjoyed with my size but I accepted that I was a woman plus size and hadn't plan to change anything!!

B- hb egg/tuna
L- grilled hamburger, cottage cheese
D- leftover roast beef

Workout Wednesday...what is everyone doing to get active and moving??

Good Morning Ladies!!

Hi Denise, I hope you get to feeling better! I know over here we're sneezing our heads off too! Hopefully it's just allergies and nothing else.
You're doing great! I know what you mean now about the exercising! What too me so long!! LOL! I'm sore, but it feels good!!!
I hope you're alright and keep on doing what you're doing!!!

Magickal!!! Way to go Chica!!!! Whoohooo for you!!!! You are doing so great! You're such a sweetheart!!
Now what did you eat on your refeed in case I missed it.

Hi Meekness, you'll get it Girl!! Hang in there!!!

Lora, really??? Wow, why did you move, or is it obvious! LOL, I want to move too!! Sometimes it's yucky here, but other times, it's okay.
I'm a Suns fan by proxy! And that's it!! I'd like them even more if they would win!

Onefit, you're doing really good! Great job on the exercise, that's a such a hard choice to make. But you did it and you'll reap the benefits!!! Good for you!!

Okay, Hoops, I'm ready!!! Lay it on me!!!

Afternoon everyone. It looks like another good day for everyone. I had a great morning as I weighed in and lost 4 pounds in the last 2 days. I guess the exercise is really paying off. I'm sure it's partly water weight but I'll take it.

DeterminedtoLose: I know how you feel. I'm pretty sore today but it's so worth it to see the scale move in the right direction!

Magickal: Way to go!!! 3 pounds. That's awesome

Hoops and Debi: Congrats on the losses. WOW

Meekness: Don't fret about this morning. I had a very "lenient" weekend foodwise and then lost weight right when I got back on track. You'll do great and feel better when you have the book to refer to.

Cskies, Slatman and DeterminedtoLose: Sorry about the allergies ya'll. I hope they pass quickly.

I hope everyone is having a great day!
