Stillmans is a PSMF

Okay, I am a newbie to the Stillmans diet....
After doing some research I have discovered that the Stillman diet is a Protein Sparing Modified Fast. Weight loss clinics use this type of diet with either the meat /eggs or the Medifast or Optifast Protein Shakes. Google PSMF or Protein Sparing Modified Fast for more info.

Just wanted to share my research for those new on board to the Stillmans diet!
Good luck to all!

I've already googled and am enjoying the reading material. Very enlightening.

Thanks for sharing your research!

Thanks, Windycity. I have done Medifast before. I like Stillman's because he says you can "eat until satisfied" whereas Medifast is much more strict. Plus, the foods are all processed and full of junk, and with Stillman's I can eat whole, all-natural foods. But PSMF is definitely worth researching.
