Stillman's and Coconut oil?

Is Coconut Oil allowed on Stillman's?

To cook with or eat?
Bark maybe?

Just wondering

Nope...but....

Bottom line with a ketogenic woe if you stay in ketosis with whatever you eat your fine.. this can vary by person and level of activity. Half the stuff on the grocery store shelves didn't exist in the sixties.. we have frankenfoods galore out there..atkins shakes..net carb products.. you have to figure out what works best for you and what is "hype"

Coconut oil gives me energy.. keeps the hunger away... keeps the portions smaller when hungry..ymmv

i'm on day 3 of Stillman's to break a stall and have given up my morning piece of bark, which I really miss! Slatman's probably right about everyone being different...I'm just too chicken to try it.

coconut oil?

I'm confused. What can anyone tell me about coconut oil? I'm reading these post and every now and then someone refers to coconut oil, but I missed the beginning of this conversation and so I'm unfamiliar with it's uses? Can anybody shed any light on this coconut oil mystery? Thanks.

I miss my bark snack (afternoon and dinner) i'm too chicken too. I dont want it to mess me up. I've been cycling Stillman's( m-t/Atkins(f-s) the past two weeks and have lost 8 lbs.
I may add it back at the end of the month depending on how much i have lost.

I am going to start stillmans today, but I am going to continue with my coconut oil. I usually only put it in my coffee in the morning. I'll see how I do. I have never tried stillmans before, I hope I can stick to it!!
