Linda, I have no doubt you will get to 155 before you start on your trip, where ever that might be. I really appreciate the encouragement you have given me on my weightloss journey. I don't know if I am just feeling bi***y today or what but I don't like what I have been reading about stillman's on other threads...and that is ok...I can think what I want and so can anyone else. But I won't posting my menu's anymore...if fact I don't think I will be posting at all. Best of Luck!!

I don't care what others think of Stillmans. We all do the best we can in this life. I'm so sorry if somebody has upset you, and hope you will change your mind and come back. If not, I certainly understand....some people can be hurtful. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me.

Hello All,

Here's my menu for yesterday:

B-3 hb eggs, 2 slices of deli turkey, coffee no cream 1 Splenda mocha flavor packet.
L- 2 hb eggs, 2 slices of deli turkey, diet rite soda
S- 2 oz cottage cheese 2%
S- 2 oz cottage cheese 2%
D- 3 small roasted chicken thighs, 2 oz cottage cheese
S- 1 small thigh
80.5 oz of water

Todays Menu

B- 2 hb eggs, 3 slices of deli turkey
L- 2 oz of cottage cheese, 1 1/2 pieces of chicken thigh
S- 1 small chicken thigh
D- 2 hamburge patties, 2 oz cottage cheese
S-
Water 80.5, diet rite soda

Lost 3 1/2 lbs in 1 day!!!

Discussing weight management is like talking religion... people are going to be all over the place on what is right and wrong for you.. only you know what is best for you.. your doctor probably won't even be on your side...

Our bodies will tell us if we are doing something good for it or not.. do you feel like crap? are you full of energy? Are you hungry when you go to bed? do you feel like you are depriving yourself of anything?

Stillman's is lumped together with other m/e plans that are calorie restricted plans which are very dangerous and nobody should consider.. if your hair is falling out and your metabolism has gone to hell gee maybe there's a problem..

leaving is not an option.. get your butt back in here!

Exactly...

your hunger will decrease after being cheat free on plan.. the 5-6 small meals you are doing is the way to go..

Just watch the sodium & nitrates in the processed meats and many have trouble controlling the intake quantity of cottage cheese.. looks like your measuring well done..

I made my salad in the restaurant kitchen today... could of fed a family of four...I just am never hungry till about 1:00 p.m...

Welcome Diana....congrats...

ive been doing mostly M & E for 6 days and have only lost 3.5 pounds and I was HIGH carb 7 days ago...

When the scale doesnt drop for me, thats when I fall off the wagon...I am trying not to do that this time, but Im really upset and depressed after seeing the scale this am.

I have had almost no appetite in days (its 12:15 and I havent even wanted food yet today, dinner last night at 430p), 6 days without any diet pop..and a migraine for 2 days

Totally changed my menu for today. I had boiled shrimp for lunch and having pizza on lc tortilla for supper.

Made it to the gym, did 20 min. of upper body resistance training, 5 min. on elliptical and 30 min. on treadmill. I wanted to go for 40, but I was whipped. Even ran some on the treadmill (but only for 1.5 min. at a time) & got heart rate up to 145, which is HUGE for me.

Right now, pizza is in the oven and I"m STARVING!!
How's everybody else doing?

I will get back to posting...didn't mean to be dramatic...that is not my style...so sorry!!

Didn't check my weight today but I did get 4 miles on the treadmill before my leg started to hurt!! Progress!! Eating on plan too so no harm done!!

Hope everyone is doing great today and hello to all the new ones that are doing Stillman's to aid their weight loss journey!

Linda, correct I am not eating much, but from reading the boards, it seems many arent eating much.

I thought today was thursday, so actually today was day #6, so i wont weigh until Friday when its actually a week.

S-2 Atkins bar , I don't know why I had a craving for them. Female problem
D-7 small ground turkey meatballs, 1/4 c cottage cheese

You aren't talking about me, Debi.
I don't post the amounts I eat, but I eat healthy amounts, believe me. My fish fillet was between 6 & 7 oz. for supper yesterday. For lunch today I ate approx. 8 oz. boiled shrimp. Those are not small amounts.

If your body is stopping the weight loss, maybe it's not getting enough? Not telling you how much to eat, just wondering.....you would know better than I would. Just hope you start losing again. Don't want you to be discouraged. Glad you have another day before weigh in. Good luck. We will be waiting to hear what you did.

I don't know what it is about the atkins bars either but I actually liked the last one I ate so I am trying to stay away from them because I know I could eat more than one!!

Good Morning All!

Thanks Linda and Cskies for the encouragement!

I definately will try not to eat Atkins bars like that again. I guess I didn't have enough for lunch, among other hormonal cravings! And about an hour after I ate them, I felt bloated! So I had to drink tons of water. I'm not weighing myself today, because I feel that I haven't lost since weighing on Tuesday. I just wait until Friday.
