Lower Back Pain?
Has anyone noticed having lower back pain (around the kidney area) after being on Stillman for about a week? I have never had that kind of pain before and was wondering if maybe it's from too much protein. I read somewhere that too much protein can be very hard on the kidneys.
![]() Anyone with any suggestions or ideas, please let me know. The funny thing is, right after I decided to eat a regular meal with carbs, it quit hurting.... Weird. I might try flushing my kidneys with cranberry juice for the rest of the week and then start the Stillman diet after that. I sure hope I'm not doing some kind of damage that can't be reversed.
