I just noticed the meat and gelatin recipe. It looks like something my grandmother used to make. I hated it.

Recipes?

I am confused by the pork, ham and hot dog recipes, I understand from the original QWL diet that pork and processed meats were not allowed.

Any ideas, just a quandry in my head?

Rosie, if you google "eating low" you will get a site with alot of recipes on it, its the first one that comes up. She advertises on her site, so I don't think I can link to it, sorry. They were orginally meant to help Kimkins members, but as they are low fat and low carb using lean meats, I use alot of them when doing Stillmans QWL.
