Question about Stillman's
Do you have enough energy when doing Stillman's QWL or do you find yourself getting tired easily? Also about how many calories do you eat each day? Thank you!

MAJOR LCF POSTER!
|
The first few days I was tired, but I truly believe that was because of switching over to burning fat from burning carbs. After that, I had LOTS of energy!
My calories varied from 800-1000 a day. YMMV! ![]() I'm starting round 2. |

Thanks I will be trying the Stillman QWL plan first for a few weeks, then switch maybe to one of the other plans until I reach goal. I need to lose 75-100 lbs.
