Nothing yet today, stomach trouble yesterday.

I brought some turkey bacon to work, maybe I'll just nibble on that until I know how stomach will do.

I am going to drink more water than usual today to flush out my system.

Tonight, I'm actually hungry for an omelet w/cheese, so will plan to have that at suppertime.

Have a great day!

Last night didn't quite make the omelet, stomach not up to it, so had 2 small teaspoons of p.b. and a sf jello.

This morning so far nothing for bkfst, and 2 small pieces baked chicken (w/o skin).

Ready to start on my water for the day.

Exercise: Today is forms delivery day - I will walk back & forth across this building at least 10X, plus carrying for muscles, (I try not to use a cart), good for about a mile's worth!!!

Have a great day!

That's the spirit!! I'm in this for the long haul (or should I say, "heavy" haul

Got my kazillion forms delivered. Off to 2nd job at 4:30 p.m., had a couple pieces turkey bacon as snack to tide me over. Got home late, had a small minute steak and 2 eggs sunny side up in pam.

Nothing more until tomorrow at lunch, I'm not a breakfast person, mostly 1-2 cups coffee (have been brewing it lighter these days, still get the coffee taste with half the caffiene.

Sleep tight all! Dream thin!!!::

I was hungry this a.m., but sufficed with a teaspoon of p.b., seemed to do the trick.

Don't know what's for lunch yet here at work, will have to see and make my choices then.

Congrats on the last loop Daniel !!!

It is amazing with the pizza now isn't it (in relation to Stillman's), when I had mine last weekend, I didn't even take a second look at the crust, just scraped my meat & cheese of 2 pieces, where in the past I could easily put away at least 4 pan slices!!!!

Good job on the pizza Daniel!!!!

Yesterday wasn't so bad food wise, busy working both jobs again, and didn't have time to get my lunch ready for work, so...

B: 1 small spoon p.b.
L: Chicken breast patty and 3 pieces turkey bacon.
Snack: 3 more pieces turkey bacon and a slice of low-fat cheese
S: 1 hamburger patty with a little bit of ketchup.

I need to get back to some eggs every day, will do that tonight for supper, maybe an omelet.

I even bought cottage cheese last night (uggg-not my favorite), but will eat some anyway. (I remember reading in an old Richard Simmons book I have that he called cottage cheese "rubber erasers in milk" or something like that!)!!!

It's getting cooler here in KS too (finally), think I'll try to get out tonight for a walk with the dog after work.

Friday morning is weigh in, I'll see how I've done this week.

Have a great day all
Jane

B: SF/Skim Milk Cappucino - woohoo - kept me buzzing all morning long

L: About 3/4 Cup Spaghetti sauce w/meat (all they had that I could eat here at work today), and didn't even look once at the spaghetti on the side!!! I did sneak in one cucumber slice, figured with all the protein it wouldn't hurt, sure tasted good & fresh.

S: Not sure yet.

You guys are doing awesomely well!

I was challenged at work this week, too, as they had most of our meals catered. I did manage to stick to Atkins friendly foods, but not very Stillman-ish. I plan on stocking up and taking my OWN lunch this week.
