Checking in late today.......DH been very busy on the computer with work.

Down another HALF POUND.............to.........196 Yeah I count every half pound and would count the in .2's if thats what my scale read.......

Angela We had sleet and freezing rain and just north of us they delayed some school openings...........so NO snow........ And it's still raining and horrible out.........the high has only gotten to 35 degrees with a wind chill of 29 degrees.........BURR!!!!!!!!!

Just about to take a lowcarb Cheeseburger Quiche out of the oven, it smells soooo good. Yum I don't eat it often since I started watching calories but I had some ground hamburger meat and decided to make it.

I am feeling really lousy, throat is killing me, watery eyes, and my ear feels like its full of water.......tried a bunch of hot tea, but that didnt help my throat, so then I had 2 sugar free freeze pops.......still didnt help

food for today:
1# sirloin burger
2# sirloin burger
sore throat went full throttle
3#- 3 fried egg whites (didnt eat the yolks)

didnt weigh today.......im so proud of myself

We have a birthday here at work and tons of food. So far I've been able to ignore it except for a cheese slice.

Melly--My grandson just started at Springfield college this semester. His day to move into the dorm was cancelled because they had no power. I just checked with my daughter to see what was going on at the college, but do you by chance know--- hang in there, hopefully we won't get the snow.

I bought the salmon burgers but have not tried them yet. Let me know how they are

Day4 No cheats! I can't believe it! I'm @151.8 once again, but this time will be the last time. I'm bound determined to get out of the 150's once and for all.

I'm so proud of you to come clean with your NUT addiction, Isn't that the 1st step in getting help. I on the other hand.... is still in denial about my nut problem. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE NUTS!!! I can't have just one, it's simply not possible. So that's why its been really hard to get thru these 4 days with no cheats. I just can't talk about them anymore. (Get Mr.Peanut out of my head)HELP!!!

Hey Kids!!!
I am getting so frustrated......I hate being indecisive but I do not know what the hell to do or when to do it!!! My hubby called this afternoon and said that there was a crew in our neighborhood and that we would have power in a couple hours......well that was about 8 hours ago and no power and no workers!!!! I realize they are busy and have thier hands full but I hate not knowing from day to day where I am going to be and what I am going to do *SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM*

One way or another I HAVE to go back to Springfield tomorrow if for no other reason to pay bills. All my bills are at the house and I have got to get some paid tomorrow. On top of that we have a snow storm on the way and they are saying that some of the power they get restored may go out again with the impending snow.......they are now predicting 4 - 8 inches up from 3 - 6 this morning. I need to go to work and I need to make some money but I am afraid that I am going to be feeling the effects of this financially for a very long time........people are worried about repairing thier homes and surviving all this mess ......... not spending money on a new vehicle

Sorry guys I really do not mean to sound like a big whiner and I don't mean to dump here but I swear I feel like things are a mess and I do not know what is going on from one minute to the next......I know that I am blessed compared to some but this feeling of frustration and no control of things is not something I am used to......and I am definitely not used to so much idle time......I have watched more television since being at my uncles than I have watched in several months.......just not what I am used to *sigh*
Sorry again.....not trying to be a downer.......just venting

Anyone have a good joke? How about a nekkid pic of Trace or Toby......that might make me feel better

Melly.. can't you pay your bills by phone?? I spent a long time yesterday looking at photos on the site you posted.... awesome... relax and enjoy... because there is not much else you can do...

Livvi... each day of Cheat Free is hard but so liberating... food control... was so elusive for my entire life.... cheat free = thin.... and peace from cravings ...
it is so worth it... hold on and believe, you will be at goal in no time..

This morning I am sitting here in my size 2 jeans... and feeling comfortable..never in my life of wearing 18s, 16s, 14s (squeezed into 12s) did I believe 2s would be my pants wardrobe.. but Stillmans and Cheat Free got and keep me here wearing these 2s.... 56 years old a life time wasted FAT and UNCOMFORTABLE... WOW what a thought... that is why I push you who are here giving it your best...... this is not a quick fix... it is a life style of eating... yes salads and veggies will come ..... but if you go back to your old ways of eating... the fat will return...

You can read all about it in the Main Lobby..... yes only you can Treat youselves to thin... and you deserve it... the luxury of being thin is free, thoughtful food choices.... and it is yours to have, a body like the rich and famous...

Melly.....ur not a downer, we all feel bad for ur situation.......and not knowing when things will get better is the worse...
We got 7 inches earlier this week, now tonight thru saturday they are calling for 6-12 more inches(lake effect snow) Thank you Lake Erie they forgot to mention- the 2 inches we got over night lol

I feel awful still, even though I went to bed early......took benedryl, and used some throat spray that probably has sugar in it, but my throat is killing me...

Life on the farm....ahhhhhhhhh!!!! I have already been up and loadeed the firewood into the furnace (outside) and fed the cows My uncle is not feeling well so I am trying to help where I can......plus it is good exercise

Pam I paid a few bills online last night but there are a few others that I cannot take care of here. Besides that I need to pick up mail at my momma's as she is expecting a check and I need to go get some stuff done at work and most importantly pick up my hubby. He called me this morning and still no power......he has been going by the house before work and at every break. He is exhausted as he has been working doubles since he went back and he is ready to get out of there. So he will be coming back down here with me this evening. If the power comes back on we will go back in the morning and if it doesn't then we will stay.

Debi I hope you feel better soon sweety. Rest and take care of yourself. It sounds like the storm we have coming this way is stretching up to your area as well. They are calling for 4 - 8 inches here and the temperature today will be the high for the next week......38 today and lower 30's and 20's for the next week

I tried one last night, it was okay. I cooked it on the Forman grill. I think I would have liked it better if I could fried it in some butter!!! Also would have been nice with some tartar sauce. I used cocktail sauce. The Forman grill may have dried it out too much. I'll give it another try in a skillet with pam.

Been a bad food day, too many goodies around here at work to munch on!

Have to hit it hard this weekend!

Melly, I hope the snow passes us all by. We just got the ice off of our driveway, finally. Hope your power is restored soon.

After 5 Days NO CHEATS I'm up 1/2 lb. 152.2 Hmmm. So today I'm throwing in a salad to get things moving, if you know what I mean. I'll be back later, I'm cleaning the house, cooking, doing laundry and I still have to exercise.

I have taken colon cleanz the last 2 nights (guarantee overnight success) well, a whole 48 hours later I had one "small" result sorry TMI.....otherwise I have not gone in over a week...but I also have been eating a whole lot less than usual

Well day 8......still no power........storm has moved in and it is snowing!!!! We are warm and safe so I am not complaining.

Prayer request......one of my uncles neighbors called a bit ago and a little 4 year old boy fell in a pond not far from here and they are not sure how long he was in there before they found him......they airlifted him to Springfield but had not yet revived him.....no news yet.....please send out a prayer for him and his family

I started taking stool softners every day. I got them cheap from Costco. have you tried them? The pain meds I was taking was messing me up
