WELL WELL WELL.....I finally remembered my fitday account name and password! That was a feat in and of itself! It's one thing to forget a password....another if you can't even remember your user name!

Guess what?!?!?......plain dry gelatin has 0 carbs!! Wooo Hooo So the box of sf jello would be the only thing counting toward these little wobbly blocks of goodness. I think a box is between 3 & 4 carbs. I'd say these are almost free if you don't eat the whole batch at one sitting.

My morning so far? Well thanks for asking, I think I will just whine...I mean tell you about it......

Go to the DMV before work to renew hubbies truck tags and I am the only one there on the last day of the month!!!!!

WTH.....I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.....I just accepted the gift of not having to stand in line for an hour

So I leave and head to work thinking "How lucky, this is going to be a good day"

NOTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

Get to work at 8:45......15 minutes early.....boss calls and wants the entire lot moved.......keep in mind that #1 It is 12 degrees out with a windchill below 0 #2 This is 2 employees day off so we are short handed #3 He isn't here to help #4 We have 135 cars on the lot right now and he is condensing them down to a smaller area so they all had to be moved to make room.

Of all the stoopid, frickin days to do this.....it is even snowing as I type this. We came in to warm up.....I am numb from the thighs down!!!

Oh yes........and he shows up an hour later and goes straight to his warm cozy office

I may end up in prison yet.....if I do please send me cartons of cigarettes.....I am a smoker PLUS I hear they are like money there

Debi I am glad to hear mom is ok. The first couple of days are rough but it gets better

Have they got her up yet? I think with knee replacement they get them up the same day......the sooner she gets up and moving the better she will do. Take care of yourself and don't let yourself get run down....easy to say but I know how rough it is on you.

No gym this morning. We had snow last night and the streets are very icy and slick. Alot of school closings in this area......not Springfield of course

They hate to close for anything and after the ice storm a couple weeks ago the kids missed a little over a week.

I am going to do some workout tapes here after everyone gets gone this morning....I am off today
