Howdy Jewels..........checking in briefly........DH took DD to the doctor so I have time to jump on the puter.

Going to a Job Fair tomorrow............cross your fingers..........I need a job and to get out of this house before I get a divorce or go to prison for MURDER>>>>>And as Angela has stated that wouldn't be very good since they serve alot of carbs.........or so I hear.........

WTG to all the LOSERS..........

to all the sickies and PMS'ers.......I will be joining the PMS wagon by Friday, and I also feel like I'm getting sick too........DAYHUM.....when it rains it pours.

Also we may have to bring dad home within the week, he still hasn't been accepted by Medicaid and the bills are stacking up. He is alot better except for one thing, he hasn't been able to walk since going into the nursing home.

Also MIL was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's, okay as if I didn't know already and my Grandmother will soon be moving into an assisted living facility........OMG I don't want to get old, but it beats the alternative.

Phew..........I just can't seem to slow down.

Weight still hanging and bouncing between 196 and 200......going to have to get strict......it's almost February.

On that note..........Do we want to be called the FEBRUARY FOXES!!!!!!!?

You would be AMAZED at how many pics I had to sort thru to get something decent!! Oh there were some *good* ones out there..... Google "foxy" images sometime.
And to be fair, there were more girl foxes than boy foxes but there were still plenty of the male variety to make this thread gender-friendly

Anyone have anything to say about a Norditrak Recumbant Bike? Sears has one on sale this week and I've been wanting one for a long while. Even when I went to the gym I stayed on one more than anything else. I worked myself harder on these too. This one has an ifit programming thingy. I was going to get something when I hit One-derland but I may get it a few pounds early since it's on sale. I like these because you don't bruise your tushy sitting on a little pin head of a seat and it makes it easier to read a book (me likes to read ). I looked it up on the exercise board and there wasn't much.
Oh yeah, Karen, about the Gazelle thingy....it ain't what I thought it was. While my aunt has the one you have, this one is a glide type thing. It's hollow plastic, curved platform with the shoe thingies that slide back and forth and arm sticks . I played on it a while but it's WAY too loud with that hollow plastic. No wonder my uncle put it outside! My poor aunt has probably spent a fortune on every infomercial product out there. She's got the ab-lounger, the spinning plastic storage containers, magical knives, you name it. Sad thing is, she never loses any weight or tones up with the exercise products. They collect dust until she gives them to one of us!! I wish she'd buy some bare minierals make-up and pass my way! They're on TV too ya know!

Ok, back to work....been takin' a pee break every few minutes. Prolly why I gained a few. I never drink my water at home like I do at work.

I am finance manager for a car lot.......as well as about 465924365967 other titles....thus my frustration My boss doesn't show up for days at a time and then comes in here in a bad mood and wants to play car lot

Well, we don’t sell cars BUT we do have an opening for a HR person. We fired ours for inappropriate emails that originated with him, sent thru a high ranking elected official and ended up at the mayor’s office

I love you all so much that I will impose my agitation upon you as if you were family

Does anyone else get really annoyed when someone messes with your routine? I don’t plan on going to prison or anything (after all, I’m committed to this WOE) but I want to pinch the head off a co-worker this morning. Keep in mind, I am the only female in the office. You’d THINK I’d have the women’s bathroom to myself. I have my pretty little pictures on the walls, flowers, scented soap…… I have even have turned the handicap stall into my private sanctuary (candle, word find, shelves with all girly necessities) Anyway, my gripe is this one man tells me the men’s restroom is too nasty for him to do his business so could he use the women’s since I’m the only woman using it? What do you say to that?!?! I’m much more outspoken in writing than I am in person LOL I guess I was floored that he would have the nerve. He’s very passive aggressive too. It would end up being MY fault for not letting him crap in the girls bathroom! Now, when I’m doing so good with water consumption, the bathroom door is locked!! I do make fun of him behind his back though.

This has been going on a while but NOW he’s taking a liking to my Divinci Syrup!! Mind you I get a total of $5 a year out of him for coffee. He and I are the only coffee drinkers and I prefer good coffee. Remember that character on Boys in the Hall that would sit on a rooftop pinching people’s heads off between his fingers?? That’s what I would love to do today. “Pinch Pinch”

Ahhhh it’s amazing how relaxed I feel now after getting that off my chest I’m back to 211 this morning. It’s definitely the water. Backing down on my purchase of a ‘new’ recumbent bike. Think I’m gonna shop around for a used one (per the advice of Dave Ramsey channeled thru my Mom ) How many folks have exercise equipment collecting dust? Someone’s bound to want to make a buck back. We have a ‘Play it again Sports’ store here too.

Gosh I feel good now (still thinking of pinching heads off) DD has stomach virus….that’s not good. Praying no one else gets it. She’s staying with Nana today and we rented a new DVD she will surely play a hole in during the day. How do kids watch the same movie 10 times in a row?????

Hello,
I'm actually still here, just haven't been too good about posting. My DH and I bought a new car this weekend, I'll spare you guys the gory details, but after 3 days and multiple test drives, finding this and that wrong with every car (My DH is very,very,very picky) we managed to drive in a new car.

Angela- I was looking into the recumbent bike too, and I did buy one yesterday. I thought that the other members of the family would be more inclined to sit and exercise while watching tv, reading or playing games. My DD's love it, so I hope to keep them motivated along with myself. It's so very quiet, I really like that so not to wake the house up when I go to exercise in the morning. The treadmill is loud even in the downstairs computer room, and it wakes everybody up.
My eating has been all over the place, I did 5 perfect days and then I blew it, I just can't believe it.
Well, I better go get the kids off to school, be back later.

Oh back in the day.....I had a list of ways I'd rid the world of my BIL ....poison (had some in a jar just waiting for the opportune time), had an aunt that lived on the lake....very deep lake and she wouldn't look if I had to walk out on the dock to 'drop' anything. About this time while I was obsessing with murder, I found out I was pregnant with DD. Didn't want my baby to be born in jail Other than that, wasn't much stopping me! Then, God arrested me and my thoughts, began a strong prayer life and eventually the BIL left my DS. I was sad for her but at the same time thrilled for her. He was one more piece of work. Susan - keep coming back!! You are an encouragement too ya know. I'm much more encouraged by those getting back up after falling. The ones who never seem to fall and make things seem so easy go on my head pinching list

livvi - I have a DH who is not only picky about his car but everyone else's cars get his comments toO! I hope my car last another few years. It'll take me that long to clean all the junk out of it. BTW, what bike do you have? I don't want one of those light weight looking things. Play it again had 2 new ones so that doesn't help me either. I'll prolly wait until taxes come back this year to buy one. That'll give me incentive to get rid of these 10 pounds to one-derland too.

Actually, my MIL divorced my DFIL (after 31 years) and married a man in prison. They were pen pals. Guess what he did to get there???? Murdered his wife! (No, I didn't get any tips from him on my BIL) She's been married to him for 12 years now and he's still there! You really don't want to get me going about her..... She tries to get our DD to call him Grandaddy!! My BIL was stupid enough to let his kids go visit the man. I'm sure he's deeply sorry for his actions and now a changed man (they all are aren't they??) But until the State let's him go.....and even then I'm not sure I want to be around him. Yeppers...more prayer needed! I should really go on a talk show with this one.

Oh and if THAT wasn't enough ...... Dear dear Pottyman co-worker made me wait 15 minutes before he emerged from the ladies restroom. But I got more gumption today after my little rant. I stood right outside the door near another co-worker's area and as soon as he came out I said "Finally, I've been drinking a lot of water lately." (hoping this would embarass him enough to go to the men's room next time) He says "Well, I've been eating a lot of fiber lately." I wanted to say "stick a cork in it and wait till you get home if you're gonna take THAT long in there!"
I just thought I was finished ranting this morning....I think I have added fuel to the fire!

I broke my record on the eliptical this morning at the gym.....60 minutes!!! Thats right.......1 hour!!!! OMG it felt good!!!! I have never went that long before!!!!
