LMAO Michele I am not laughing at you but rather how badly I botched the spelling of it

Have you had one removed before? I can tell you that warm baths help alot. And here is one other tip.......for those that have not experienced this you are going to crack up but for those who know what I am talking about you will appreciate that relief in ANY form is welcomed......after the surgery I used to take a washcloth and get it wet with water and just as hot as I could stand and fold it and place it inbetween my 'cheeks'.......the warmth was WONDERFUL!!!!! It really helped me get thru those first few days of being uncomfortable

Now that you are all laughing at my expense......I am leaving

I feel for y'all with the boobbooo hole problem........

I was an E.R. nurse many moons ago and saw many of those things lanced while the patients were in a "twilight sleep"..........ooohhh the smell would kill the nurses and docs...........and I know they kept the patients doped up on morphine or demerol (only good side affect of such things............. ).

Michele, you are in my thoughts...............

as for cheese on Stillman. right out of the The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Diet book written by Irwin Maxwell Stillman, MD and Samm Sinclair Baker..."COTTAGE CHEESE, FARMER CHEESE, POT CHEESE, SKIM MILK CHEESES".

Karen... Nah.. I'm no hero... I don't know what to tell you about eating raw, other than I love doing it. I feel way better than I did doing Stillman. I felt good doing Stillman but this is better. I don't drink as much water as you guys cause I don't have to. People eating a raw food diet don't need as much water, because the water is in the foods we eat. I did drink some warm water this morning right out or my tap.(spring fed well water)

I get paid tomorrow and I won't get my retro check till the next Wed. and we're a lil ticked about that but there are 2 good things about that... 1. the check IS before Christmas... 2. being in a seperate check they won't take as much out of it. I'm going out to Walmart and getting my juicer and my mom's too. I'm starting the juice fast (kinda) tomorrow. I'm also going out to dinner tomorrow night and having a salad (salad bar). Then the next day nothing but juice... then Friday I'm going out again and having a salad. Then all weekend I'm juice fasting. Not sure when I'll stop, cause I want to drop a few before Christmas cause I know I'll be pigging out. I'm not gonna be as good as I was on Thanksgiving. My mom wants me to make fudge... and I'll have some of that and candy/ cookies too. lmao

Melly... omg that was so funny but cute and cool too. I'm cracking up here.

They did this too. I screamed so loud , my sister came running from the waiting room. She thought they were killing me . The thought of it makes me wince

Doit, good luck with your juicer. We used ours alot years ago but it became a PITA to clean all the time

DOIT, well, since I dont have the book I read the link for the QWL on here, same link that has been going around for over 6 years at least. Oh I hate wrong info being passed around

5. COTTAGE CHEESE, FARMER CHEESE, POT CHEESE made
with skim milk and no whole milk.

so now I wonder, is it the 3 cheeses listed made with skim cheese, OR "ANY" cheese made with skim milk???? very strange that they would list those specific 3, then add the skim part !!! Mozzeralla cheese has always been low fat, so I would think that would have been mentioned years ago!

Michelle .........sorry about ur BooBoo hole...........but dang that is a cute name for it

no, I think it is the above cheeses only made with skim milk. I have cheese but very very limited. Cheese binds you up too much and you do nto need that with this diet

Found my fasting bone!

Ok Slatman….I’m here to take up your slack on the fast. (don’t blame you for taking a break….I’m only joking about the ‘slack’….you are doing great!! )

Woke up this morning with absolutely no change once again and HAD to do something. I know all the facts – prob. Water weight, muscle, TOM, etc. etc. But the ‘other’ fact remains that I get severely discouraged when I see no movement in the scale numbers. My mind starts wandering to the highest calorie LC foods I can think of….nuts, bacon, peanut butter ::drool::, etc. And I really don’t want to ‘go there’ cuz I don’t have a lot of control over those type things right now. That’s why I started over on Stillmans and not Atkins. Not sure how long I’ll go. I didn’t plan this when I woke up so I may be over it in the morning . I had planned on having eggs when I got to work (keep my stash here). I got busy and the next thing you know it was 9:00 am and I still hadn’t eaten. So I said to myself “SELF, you are just going to do without today. You are not getting with the program so I’m gonna MAKE you get with the program.”
So, me and my fruit punch crystal light are gonna chill for a while. (literally….I freeze when I fast. You’d think I had enough insulation to keep me warm in the arctic!)

And one more thing….I’m tired of having food rule me, my emotions, and my health. I’m just tired of fighting with it. So like a bad boyfriend, I’m giving it the boot!! (at least for today)

Michelle - I'm praying your procedure goes as well as possible!

I am going on a field trip with my sons class tomorrow, so I wont post my 2 month loss until Friday!! I wanted to lose at least 10 a month after the initial month, crossing fingers.............Tom is still here
DOIT, good luck with the juicing, I cant imagine doing that, since I dont like veggies lol, seriously I couldnt anyway with my diabetes.

Moms2daisy.....relax, I know what u mean about not seeing a scale change, that is how I always fell off the wagoin in the past.

PAM...Hope the parrot finds his way back home

Have a wondeful day.

PS: Idio, hopefully you can report back some good news about your pet bird. Thats gotta be upsetting.

ETA..Michelle, ouchie. My DD had a cyst on her tail bone and had to have it lanced and went to the doc every day for several weeks to get the dressing changed. I hope you feel better soon! Thats horrible to go through that.

RELAX?!?!? Relax she tells me!

I guess I am wound a little tight today :::Pulling hair and running in circles:::
If they'd just quit bringing luscious goodness into the office this time of year.
::Chanting:: "Ooey Gooey Foods are not my friends" "Ooey Gooey Foods are not my friends"
Sales reps dying for business invest in danishes the size of toilet seats and expect to woo you into buying from them the next 12 months! Not to mention pecans, cookies, cheese straws and candy. It really is a good thing I'm fasting today because that danish is cream cheese and I would have tried to justify cream cheese=low carb!

(in my best Scarlet O'Hara voice) "Why oh why am I so weak today?" :::: wrist on forehead, collapsing into my cushy office chair::::

Still have the evening to go. Room full of 6 and 7 year olds running wild with a new micro-managing program director telling me what all I'm doing wrong. Are Valium low carb??

I'll be better tomorrow....it's the last day of my work week!

Mom2daisy,

I like the fast weight loss too... fasting broke a stall for me but between fasting and meat and eggs you will need a break... I'm doing raw foods (veggies & salad) this week hopefully back on m/e next week.. planning a fast for dec 26 - 31 if anyone wants to join in that would be awesome!

Today:

B: Water
L: Salad
D: Xmas party gonna shove a huge salad in before leaving

Of all the nerve!!!
You're feeding the disease man!!
One of my favorite companies to work with used to send a big ole bag of roasted peanuts! Ha....unconventional Christmas goody. They didn't even bother to come by and see me. Just went to Sam's and straight to the post office! But my MOST favorite company didn't send a thing! Still got my business over others who did send the goodies.
What ever happened to the good old ink pen and calendars?? Maybe a letter opener or two? New sign outside my office: "Leave the sugar at the door sweetie"
