LOL @ the T.P poll, I have to say I usually change it only cause I tend to use most of it. I do know when someone else changes it because I like it to pull under (easier in the middle of the night to grab) and usually if someone else changes it they will put it on incorrectly............

TP POLL~ Single here, so I have to change it. I like it rolling off the top, so I will change it is it doesn't roll that way when I am in a hotel. I found buying a holder that the roll just slips onto is much easier. I notice my son doesn't change his. It runs out, and then he just sets the new roll on the counter in his bathroom. I guess that is better than a magazine.

Melly~ Your hair looks really good. I have two choices, short or long. I sometimes will darken my hair or put a few highlights in it, but it is the same darn style all of the time. I need a makeover.

Michele I sooo feel for you sweety but the bright side is that it will feel sooooooo much better once they cut it out......it will be sore but the pressure will be gone and it will be a different kind of sore.......remember what I told you about the warm washcloth......as warm as you can stand......and warm baths will feel really good too I will be praying for you

219 this AM....thinking I may need to cool it on the scales as it tends to determine my mood for the day now.
I made two awesome LC breakfast casseroles this morning for the guys here at work and I plan to have the leftovers for lunch. Yum. One had broccoli, cheese and bacon and the other had sausage and cheese. I am SO glad I started out with stillmans this time because it seems like I'm "cheating" to have other wonderful low carb foods. Not deprived a bit!!

Broke the fast with bacon last night! I just love bacon, and I shouldn't have made it for my son. Well, I shouldn't have eaten it. The smell just was too much for me.

I have not been strict the past few months, which is why I have been yo-yoing up and down with my weight. I decided to just do LC through Christmas, eat as good as I can while out of town for a week, then get my butt back on track. I want to do a fast for the new year, and then finish off losing the rest of my weight following QWL 5 days a week. I have been so all or nothing with my eating, and then I eat too much of the bad stuff for several days instead of just getting right back on plan after the bite or the following day.

Melly~ Thank you so much! My sister and I decided to do make-overs Christmas Eve. No cutting hair, but we'll have fun do other things.

Deb~ You can come over to my house, since we roll the TP the same way!

Angela~ I totally agree. LC does seem like cheating after doing Stillman's QWL for a while.

Oh shoot! I forgot to answer the TP poll.....
I'm a OVER roller....all the way baby! And have changed other's direction if I'm there for a while! But to be perfectly honest, I'd rather have it sitting on the counter or side of the bathtub or even on the floor for that matter. I seem to have more control over the amount that comes off. I get too carried away at times. Give it too hard of a yank and the ribbon of fluffy whiteness just keeps on going and going! My child is terrible about this too. Had to call a plumber twice this year due to her TP consumption!!

I have done very will since starting Stillman's last night I slipped I had an Oreo Truffel I really dont know what I was thinking. As soon as I swallowed it I was like man why did I do that... any toot I am up 1 pound for doing that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I am going to try to fast. Can you drink water, diet coke, and decaf tea on a fast??

I am feeling quite invincible today ::::flashing bracelets like Wonder Woman:::: Last night I had a rude person insist on giving me a reese’s cup. After I told her no three times she just rolled her eyes and said “oh, you are low carbing. I could never live like that.” on her! But I resisted!! Then this morning I served 300+ people doughnuts at a party and didn’t even lick my fingers. AND at lunch I easily passed on world famous orange roll at the restaurant our boss treated us to. Yay Me!!!
I am actually looking forward to the other Christmas parties now. Oooooh I forgot one of the bestest things….I found some ketostix I had at the house and I am a deep purple!! I knew this but it’s good to “see” it too. Still tryin’ for a 20 pound loss by Christmas Morning!

Just got back from Wally World............ , really hate that place, but the prices are pretty good and it is pretty much one stop shopping. Got everything to cook for Christmas dinner and all the baking my family wants me to do..........

Good thing I'm not "dieting" right now..........didn't eat much today then DH bought some frosty brownie cup thingies as Wally World, and damn they are good..........

Poll answer. We usually shop at Wal-Mart, then I like Bi-Lo then Food Lion (really don't like Food Lion but we have a new one about 2 miles down the road and it isn't all dumpy and dirty like some Food Lion's), have no idea on the savings either, everythings fairly close to the house so we usually go by what's on sale for the week and what we want to buy.

Debi Sounds like you must have had a slap on the wrist or a warning from the admin's............I had one a couple of years ago, I've been a good girl every since.............

Brittany Last time I did a fast I drank just water, but when I do one after Christmas it will be water, herbal tea, and crystal light. Only gonna have the tea cause I freeze to death when I fast.
