starting stillmans today, I need a buddy please?

I had been doing the atkins plan for two weeks and failed over thanksgiving.

I think its because after your 2 weeks you are allowed much more variety and then there are all of the atkins "snacks" you can buy and not feel guilty about.

I think that I need something with more structure, at least until I get used to eating this way for a few weeks or so. My mom told me about stillmans plan and how you are so much more limited with what foods you are allowed. She did the stillman plan when it first came out years ago and lost alot of weight and sugested that I might want to try it. I am serious about losing this weight and getting into shape but I know that I need a partner or just someone I can be held accountable to.

If anyone is willing to help I would greatly appreciate it.
