Starting Stillman QWL diet 11/23-12/24 anyone want to join me?

Hi everyone.

I'm starting on the QWL diet wednesday, 11/23 and going until x-mas eve. I am about 173 right now. My final goal is 130, but I know that isn't going to happen. I'm not sure what to expect. It's 33 days. I will post my daily weight in a journal and see what happens. Anyone else want to join me?

Hi - I will join you, I am starting tomorrow. I have been doing low carb for a couple of weeks, but have fallen off the wagon. I need to get going again and thought I would try this to get myself back into the game. I will check back with you and see how it is going. Maybe we can help each other out on this journey, I was 217 this morning and would like to be 135!
