Finally, I am back to the weight I was at the beginning of the month! Sure, I was down to 169.5 for one stinkin' day, but it is nice to be at 172.5 again. So, now I am working on that 13 pound weight loss goal I see for the month!

Pammy~ Your vacation sounds splendid!

Melly~ and for your son.

Slatman~ Good job on your fast. I always seem to have lots of free time when I fast. It is amazing how much time I spend eating and preparing food! In regard to eating, it has already been addressed. Eat small meals when hungry. Keep the fat low, and it is already about zero carb.

Michele~ You go little lady!

Doit~ You're doing terrific!

December Thread~

December Dolls (not sure if slatman would like that so much) Alright, I am not so good with the name thing! Obviously! Someone else can take charge with that!

So, to step it up a notch... individually... I need to think about that one. I like how Pammy put it... "treat yourself to thin" I may have to add that to my siggy! I am thinking exercise needs to be my priority, and committing to plan. I already have a couple cheat days planned in December!

Slat... Everyone here knows I'm not doing Stillman. But, this is where I feel comfortable. I have done Stillman in the past. Have been eating raw foods... tomorrow will be a month since I started. I love this way of eating and it's the healthy way to eat. Raw foods and water fasting is the way to go. I'm not pushing this way on anyone.

When you break a fast... depending on how long you have fasted... you should start with fresh fruit juices... then fruits then on to veggies... all raw.

you didn't do a long fast... but I reall don't think meat should be the first thing you eat after.

You won't drop a ton of weight eating raw foods. But you will lose weight. and you will get to the weight you should be.

As you can see in my siggy I started on 10/21... and I've lost 15 pounds since I started on raw foods. I have fasted a weekend here and there... one weekend I fasted for 72 hours. I feel fantastic. I have sites you can read up on if you want.

Again... I'm not pushing this on anyone. Sorry if it sounded like I was.

Doit,

I broke the fast with a 100% fruit juice jamba juice and have skipped meals or have had very small meals since ( no carbs except the juice) .. I lost more in the last 24 hours than I did on the fast

I have read a few books and read all the past threads on here regarding fasting. I think I will do 36 hours a week hopefully it get's easier each time.

Doit,

Right now I don't have the patience for a slow loss.. I put this on quick and want it off quick. I was addicted to Nicotine for over 20 years (chew) and didn't worry about anything except getting that beast off my back for the last 550 days. It is considered harder than quiting smoking, crack, heroin etc..

I vacationed in Maui in October and was disgusted when I saw the pictures so here I am

Day 121~~ 162.0

I am sitting in an airport on my way to vacation and I hope to do enough walking that if I eat a little bad it will be ok. I will try to find a scale everyday. Most hotels do not have them.. Hoping the spas do. Scales keep me on the up and up. without it, I gain

I will try to think of some cute name for our December challange

I will try to check in every morning before we go out every day. It keeps me righted

Hi Hotties!

I am just at home for lunch for a couple minutes, but wanted to say HI!

Michele~ Have fun little lady!

Slatman~ I started Stillman's after returning from a Mexico 15-day vacation (all-inclusive.. which meant a TON of extra pounds!). Also, I'd be proud to be a DD, too, but that just is not the case!

Slat...I'm glad you aren't ticked with me for butting my nose in. I can understand about wanting it off fast. I too put it on fairly fast. (don't we all)

In the past 30 days I lost 15 pounds on raw fruits, veggies, and fasting. I think that's a pretty fast weight loss.

Pam...My mom is doing better but no she hasn't recovered. She can move her arm a lot more now but she's still in a great deal of pain. Thank you for asking.

Hope everyone has a Fantastic Thanksgiving.

I am such a hog sometimes! Today, I certainly can't count it as Stillman's QWL! Okay, I was craving one of those all beef oscar meyer XXL Premium dogs, so I ate two bunless. Then, I went and had my nails done after work and found my car in the KFC drive-through. Before I know it, I am ordering a chicken breast and wing! WTH! Okay, I knew exactly what I was doing, yet those weren't the best choices. It could have been worse, but it could have been better.

Alright, I am off watching basketball now. I am a freak!

Hi Hotties!

Looking back, I guess I didn't eat that much yesterday. It was just high fat...hotdogs and chicken. My head needs to get in the game!

Heading to mom's this evening to drop off my son. He wants to spend the night with my nephew and her and help cook Thanksgiving food. My son just adores her. I guess I have the evening to run around wild and free. Let's see, I forgot what that was like and have no clue what I'll do. I may be back to my place watching basketball. Who knows, my sis is single too and may want to run around a little together tonight. We're joining up at mom's tomorrow for probably the entire day and night. I am not into shopping, although I may see if it is worth my time to hit an early bird special. Chances are slim, but one never knows. I'd rather pay an extra $20 than get pushed and shoved and wait in long lines. Sis loves to shop, so I may get talked into going.

Doit Your raw eating is doing well for you. I couldn't or wouldn't eat a raw egg though.

Pammy~ It sounds so gorgeous where you live!

Michele~ How is the vacation?

Slatman~ I live in Vegas! I'll be your cheerleader. Oh shoot, baseball games and snow cones and more hotdogs!

Where is everyone else? We don't mind if your eating has been short of perfect. Come join us. I just you all and need your support. Remember when I was in a slump, and everyone made that 10 day commitment to go cheat free? We're all here for one another!

I want to see some photos posted! Maybe we can all take one during the holiday and post it? I am about the same weight as last time I posted a photo a month ago.

I am here ~~~ and loving it. We are in Vegas for the week to have Turkey Buffet and less family drama. I am trying to find a scale around here. Been good so far. I am going to bravely take pictues of me in my new bathing suit when I get to the pool. Will have to wait to post them, I always forget the upload cord.

Be good girls and boy. Stay true. Remember if you have a small cheat, get back on track on Friday
