Michele~~~AWESOME on your size 12's, that is the size I was last year and trying desperately to reach again as all but a couple pair of jeans are a size 12.
Amber~~~ ![]() Melly~~~Guzzle that water, I need to drink more also although I average about 96 ounces a day, I seem bloated the last few days for some reason, TOM due at the end of the week that may have something to do with it. Faith~~~WTG..........you are doing so great!!! What an inspiration!!! Pam~~~Wonderful job, 118, I think you'll be 110 by Thanksgiving, NO problem. Jennifer~~~WOW, 13 pounds since Monday, you ROCK!!!! I'm back down that half pound and still holding at 198, hoping for a whoosh this week but don't know how that will work out with TOM lurking. Didn't exercise yesterday but back at it today, Saturday I was working my butt off and noticed that the monitor just wasn't right, had to change the battery............. Menu today: B-3 ounces ground turkey S-2 boiled eggs L-3-4 ounces salmon with 1/2 cup of ff cottage cheese D-4 ounces chicken That's what is planned anyway. Everyone have a great Monday!!!!!!!!

Woohhoooooooo, I feel good, made it 35 minutes in one stretch on the Gazelle. Going to slowly increase it by 5 minutes every Monday. Also every other day will do 35 minutes around the block if weather permits. Gotta mix it up a bit, don't want to get stuck in a rut.
DH also bought me a little travel gym yesterday, I just wanted the exercise bands, I've had a million of them but they seem to disappear, so I will try and get some of that done today for strength training and also some crunches. Working on my 64th ounce of water, a little behind on that because if I drink too much before exercise I have to stop to many times to visit the throne... Where is everyone this ugly gloomy day in Georgia..........yuck, cloudy, gloomy weather since Friday some rain but more gloom than anything. We may see some sun tomorrow before rain again, this kind of weather at this time of year gives me the "blues", not really depression but the "I don't give a damn" kinda blah......... Well I'll try to check in later, SusieQ must be swamped at work, haven't even spoken to her on the phone yet today. |

Thanks for the welcome! I'm leaving work and will come post once I get home.
So far today I've only had 2 HB eggs. I really do not crave eggs so I didn't even eat the first one until almost noon and then split the other one into two "snacks" - one around 2 and I just finished the other 1/2 around 5pm. I'm going to go home and bake some chicken. I'll be back... |

Okay, the end of day 1 on stillmans. My menu was:
B: 1 egg L: 1 egg D: 2 small chicken breasts w/ seasoning I'm not sure how many ounces the chicken breasts were - maybe 8 oz - about the size of two stacks of playing cards total. I know I should have limited it to one but the deep ketosis hasn't sunk in yet. I did Stillmans years ago and had fantastic success. I loved how it changed my opinion of food. I love food and love to eat (obviously) but with Stillmans I literally only eat when hungry and only eat enough to not be hungry. It's so liberating. I plan to do Stillmans as long as possible with my "cheats" being veggies when needed or a slightly higher in fat meat. I don't exercise regularly now but am going to work on changing that. My goal is to at least walk 3-4x per week if nothing else. I hope everyone had a great night.

I'm sure most of you will be sick of me saying this.... but....
I suggest anyone who doesn't have the books to go to ebay or amazon and get>>> The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Diet The Doctor's Quick Inches-Off Diet There is a lot more to Stillman than you can read online. There is NO reason to be hungry doing Stillman... If hungry then eat... just don't stuff yourself. Last edited by doit : 10-09-2006 at 05:13 PM. |

Long weekend.... My friend who came over Friday night is an ex-bf in financial problems and needed a place to stay to get away from an ex-gf. I've been having problems with someone turning my power off and ringing my bell lately, so I decided he can stay here with me to get on his feet and add security for my son and me. Well, the new guy in my life isn't pleased. There is absolutely NOTHING going on with this ex-bf of about 2 years ago. He is staying in my spare bedroom on the other side of the house by my son's room and sharing a bathroom with him. Try to explain that to another man.
I ate poorly all weekend and didn't exercise. Amber~ How long did you stay on Stillman's the last go 'round? Did you find that your weight loss slowed down dramatically after the initial 12-14 days? Jennifer~ for your weight loss!Livvi~ Yeah, KFC is a Stillman's No No! I was being bad. Karen~ You are doing great! ![]() DoIt~ You are SO close to Onederland! ![]() Melly~ I second that... I do much better when I am posting, too. What kind of TV did you all buy? I am in the market. My widescreen needs repair and it is about $600. I am thinking about buying something new. After all, basketball season begins October 31. About the cleanse... I have been tossing around having a colon cleanse by a professional sometime this month. I will let you know how it goes, perhaps over the phone instead. Who wants to read about that grossness! ![]() Michele~ I see you new siggy weight! WooHoo on the Size 12's!Faith~ Do you have any clothes that fit properly? Good Lord, you must be looking fantastic! ![]() Heather~ When are you running your 5k? Everyone Else~ ![]()
