Good morning everyone!
Isn't is so true that if you give the devil a ride...he thinks he can drive. Yesterday was horrible! I decided to get myself back on track(I knew cravings were going to be bad), I would water fast for the day. Holy man, I was fine until about 4pm...all I did after that was whine like a baby all night long! How pathetic to think I put myself into that kind of situation...espically about food..I mean really!

I woke down 3 pounds of the 4 I was up, so thats awesome! I also took measurements. I'm not really one for measuring. I'll never forget when I standing up in a wedding(Before I started lc) and I went to get measured for the dress. In front of everyone, the lady was "OMG, you have 54" hips...I'm not sure we can get the dress that big." Great...thanks lady! Well anyways, here they are...

Weight 154
Neck~12
Wrist~6
Right/left arm~12
Bust~33.5
Under Bust~30
Waist~28
Around Belly Button~30
Hips~35
Upper Thighs~21.5
Lower thighs~19.5
Calves~14

Regarding exercise...I love it! I do at least 1-2 hours daily if I can. I'm really interested in ttapp. I checked the site a few months back, will have to check it out again! I love callanetics and pilates because of how stretched I feel afterwards.

Have a great day everyone!!!

207.6 this morning... getting back to where I was before I went nuts for 2 days.

I told you about my friend at work and the gastric bypass... well she emailed a few people and told us when she's having it done. 10/17.

I just sat here last night after reading the email and stared at the monitor. I have no idea what to say to her when I see her. I don't know if I can put on a front and tell her I support her... cause I don't.

*sighs a HUGE sigh*

Good morning....

Pushing myself and doing fine...

yesterday I ate

3 cups of chicken
3 cups non fat yogurt

Fat 28 grams
Carbs 56
Protein 152

Calories 1121

Scale did not drop... even tho I was wicked hungry last night...

I am a carbohydrate addict....and I have to stay away from them... I gained
20 lbs by eating... occasional triscuits or kavila crackers... and a ate my steak fat and some chicken skin when crispy... and plain full fat yogurt...wine and an occasional low carb beer...

my point is if I want to be petite.. I need to eat petite... and keep far far away from carbs..... and fats... never even added mayo... and remember
every mouthful does count..

I am writing this because I am admiring all of you for your tight meal plan and that you are keeping on track... this is my way of eating for life... but needed your attitude adjustment...

Thanks girls...

This is so true, sad but true. This is exactly how I've so easily gained back my 25 pounds I lost. I only have myself to blame, because I didn't stick with the changes I had made. I went back to eating the same way that made me heavy in the first place. I love pizza so much and was of the mindset that it would be ok for me to have it once in a while, but the problem is that I can't. Once I have it, I want it more and then my once in a while turns into once or twice a week. KWIM?? When I was looking back on a week or even a day at what I was eating, I couldn't believe that I had been eating that much.
Like you said, if I want to be petite, I need to eat petite.

Have a good day everyone!

Good Morning Ladies,

Starting Day 6 of Stillmans............holding at 200, I'd so hoped to be in ONEDERLAND by now, but I haven't cheating so I know I'll have a whoosh soon!!!! I need to count my blessing, losing 4 pounds in 5 days isn't bad at all and I know that rate of weight loss won't keep up at that rate, so I'll stay on plan (NOT CHEAT) and I will get there!!!!!

Dad may get out of the hospital late this afternoon so now I can stop running to the hospital and just go by and see him at home daily!!!

Need to get my water in, that has definately been a problem with all the running around I've been doing. Yesterday I only got in 96 ounces, I strive for at least 128 ounces, so I need to get to drinking.

Getting ready to run to the tanning bed then back home for exercise!!!!

DRINK, DRINK, DRINK that H2O!!!

Hi everyone! I am new here--met Hoops on another thread and thought I would switch from K/E to QWL for awhile. I have a ? ---I am a substitute teacher- what are some easy lunches I can take? I can't eat any more hb eggs- burned out! Maybe some lunch meat rolled up with FF cream cheese? Can I have pickles? I don't usually know ahead of time when I'm working so it has to be quick in the morning, or I will end up in the cafeteria line! Thanks, and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Also managed to get in 60 crunches...........ohhhh feel the burn.

Hi everybody!

I'm down another 2 lbs, so 6 lbs total since Monday!

I didn't feel well yesterday so ate only 2 eggs all day. I also had a mug of hot tea w/Splenda, 8 oz diet Pepsi, 12 oz Tab. And 100 oz water.

Megan -I just went through the bridesmaid dress measuring horror. My hips were 55" and I had to buy extra fabric! You would have thought that would have made me start QWL sooner, huh? How many days are you planning to fast?

Crohnie -150oz of water?

Melly & Karen -WTG on exercise! I need to get my butt in gear.

Michelle - I'm new too. A good portable lunch is deli sliced turkey dipped in mustard, or ff cottage cheese. I like to cook extra at dinner and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day. This works better if you have access to a fridge and microwave, but I've found that if you pack it in an insulated bag after being in the fridge all night it's not really necessary. Haven't gotten sick yet <knock wood!> This works better for me since I hate nuked food or cold food. How did I get so big when I'm so picky?

Good morning ladies! I have been super busy at work so I haven't had time to post. I am going to try to get a break today and post my starting measurements during my lunch break.

I've been sticking to the plan and since the 1st Iv'e lost 4 lbs.

Menu so far today was 3 eggs (cooked in Pam) for breakfast. Lunch will probably be a small, boneless pork chop and dinner will probably be ground turkey. I pretty much eat the same things all the time. I like things that are easy.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning everyone!

I realized my scale wasn't accurate, so I adjusted it and today it says I am 163. I'm a little bummed because that probably means I was closer to 170 before beginning again. But I won't let it discourage me. I will keep focused.

Day 74~~ 167

I need to resign myself to the fact that one week out of every month, the scale is just NOT gonna move. I am sure it is all water weight and I feel spongy anyways. But it will just not move, dammit

Green Tea
SF Jello
10 shrimp cocktail
1/2 sirloin
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Hi!

Down another 3 lbs for a total of 9 since Monday!

I didn't eat anything yesterday. No hunger whatsoever. Water was low (30 oz) because I wasn't going to be able to run to the bathroom all day but today will be better.

Have a great day!
