If you have had success on Stillmans...

would you please give me some ideas of what your menus were like. I am getting a little bored after day 6 and am looking for some ideas.
Also-if you lost how much and how long did you stay on it.
This is a great motivator to hear your stories. Thankyou!!!!!

Mork... how are you losing? day 6... is great...

I ate chicken roasted with no skin, trimmed sirloin, white fish fresh, eggs, cottage cheese, lean hamburger...

Maybe it is time for you to add a romain salad, with a bit of low fat, low carb dressing...

or you maybe able to go a few days longer... if you are only bored... because you will be losing... adding salad was something I did only when feeling weak...

I had to stay low fat and lower carb for all of my weight loss... and watching sodium like a hawk...

But I found the weight falling off and was so thrilled that I lost my "desire" for food and ate it for fuel...

Do not misunderstand me.... I love to eat.. and love steak, fish, chicken.

but did kill my sweet tooth and noodle and rice tooth....and they are not going to be resurrected... one noodle will lead me to millions... because I am a Carbohydrate Addict..

Idioglossic-

Hi Have lost 6 pounds in 6 days. My carbs have been around 12 and fat at about 5 and calories very low, Maybe 600-700 if I am lucky. What do you think. IT just seems like I should be losing a little faster like everyone else.
Patience is not my virtue. It can be discouraging . Thanks. Mork

I've done Stillman's a handful of times over my 5+ years of low-carbing. I lose the same each time..regardless if I weighed 200 or 160.

Week one: I lost between 5-6 lbs
Week two: 2 lbs
Week three or longer: ZERO

Because of this..I only do Stillman's for 2 weeks at a time. Then I very slowly add back in veggies ( 5 carbs a day for 3-7 days) and then start adding back in fat untill back to induction levels on Atkins. It takes me between 1-2 weeks to be totally back to induction levels.

I eat: lean beef ( hamburger or very lean steak), broiled fish, chicken ( I usually ate theighs..as white meat always makes me gag..unless I do it in the crock pot) turkey, eggs ( scrambled with pam or hard boiled), egg drop soup, cottage cheese ( just for week 1..then I drop it out for weeks 2)

I did much better with energy and blood sugar drops if I ate 4-6 very small snack size meals vs. 3 regular meals. This is also true when I do Atkins.

Turkey breast roasted or ground turkey breast, turkey bacon, cottage cheese with tuna mixed in with dill seasoning, shrimp, pork tenderloin, cola chicken, tuna filets (in the bags by the tuna at the store), crab legs?
