Okay, i'm sure this has been posted before but what is Stillmans'
I'm curious....is this a WOE or a fasting? Where are the rules for this?

Hi there,
Stillman's is, IMO, more of a "crash diet" than a way of eating, although some people have followed it long term with very successful results. The plan entails eating lean and lowfat protein, eggs and cottage cheese. No added fats or carbs are allowed.
