Stillman question Please Help

I am wondering if I mix just a little miracle whip like 1 tsp. and a tiny bit of picke to make it more appetizing! I KNOW it is not on the list of rules but will that small amount throw me off. OR now am I now moving toward the fat fast? Please let me know. Thank you. Mork

Not up on Stillmans but I believe Miracle Whip is not 0 carb and contains sugar. I always use real mayonaise (Hellmans) as it is 0 carb.

Stillman's is lowfat so I always use FF sour cream to make tuna or chicken salad. Not a true sub for mayo but it keeps the fat down. I have done Stillmans' for short periods over the past couple of years.
