Stillmans and M/E

I read somewhere that there is calorie limit for Stillmans of like 800 calories or something like that?!?! That is like starving (if its not true, please correct me). Is there one for m/e - or is that just eat until you are satisfied (because I could sit down and eat a 2 pound steak in one sitting - I know I'm little now, but man I can eat)......

There's no calorie limit on m/e. You can eat as much as you need to feel satisfied. I find when I'm doing m/e though that I don't want to eat as much as I normally do, even on day 1.

Of course you could eat a 2 lb steak at the beginning, same as for any LC plan. If you follow Stillman's strictly (and forget the BB ideas of mucho calorie desserts), you'll lose your appetite ...

Then you'll find it easy to stay within the 600-750 calorie range for Stillman's. In fact, if you're like many, you'll be eating way below that (an egg is only 70 calories).

However, if you're switching between Stillman's and other plans so you don't get to the appetite suppression, then good luck ...
